No Roads actually make it to my property, The only way to get there is through the brush following game trails for just under half a mile. You should have downloaded good maps for offline use, and have a GPS that works. The area is a gorgeous valley surrounded by mountains, with big granite boulders everywhere and rarely any people. It is about 5 miles south of the grand canyon western ranch up into the mountains. the road in crosses state lands and ranch lands, game and fish have a sign in sheet at the beginning of iron springs canyon road. Please leave gates as you found them. Once there you can pretty much park and camp anywhere but the last mile of road is serious 4x4.

Our stay at Dan’s place in Lake Havasu City was nothing short of amazing. Truly! This was our first Hipcamp experience, and wow — the bar has been set so high. The location was peaceful and scenic, felt very private, and it was located just a short walk to Castle Rock Bay where our Florida dogs had a blast splashed and played in the water together. Dan was a b*tchin' host too! He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the area’s land and wildlife. We even went on a rock-hunting adventure through the refuge together at sunrise — such a truly unique and special experience! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire experience felt safe, beautiful, and welcoming. We only stayed two nights, but honestly, we could have stayed a month. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a genuine, nature-filled Arizona stay! 🌵✨

4 nights at Camping near Seligman, AZ!

Was just a blank space in the desert that I intended to use for astronomy. The highway is about a mile or a mile and a half away. There’s one there but you. Gerardo is very helpful if you reach out to him. Good instructions for how to get there, though I suggest reviewing it on Google maps before you go. The most helpful tip he gave was the GPS coordinates so you could find it on the map.

Weekend Trip to Magic in the Mojave

Such a special spot. I slept out under the desert stars in complete solitude (except for the company of jackrabbits and Joshua Trees). Place has vibey but not excessive artistic touches—perfectly representative of the environment. Good spot to camp and have a small fire. I really enjoyed my stay!

Oh my goodness this place! It was heaven! You need to be comfortable being remote because it really is just you. But the stars are so beautiful, the sunset was stunning and there is something so special about the peace it brings being so secluded. Roads are pretty rough getting to the camp but worth every bump aha.
