We are a family-owned RV park and tiny home village located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. **** WE NOW HAVE A CAR CHARGING STATION**** The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. This spacious land is over 4 acres of high desert with breathtaking 360 degree views. Only 45 minutes from Flagstaff, 30 minutes from the historic Grand Canyon, and only 36 minutes from Williams, this property is in the middle of it all. There is so much potential for amazing adventures. You could go fishing in Williams or have a snowball fight in Flagstaff. If you have never seen the Grand Canyon you are in for an ultimate life changing experience. The dark night skies in this area may just keep you at camp. You can see every star out here and enjoy the escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With wide open spaces you have so much room to play. The road to the property is about 0.8 miles and is considered dirt rugged. It will require you to so down under 5 miles an hour in a few places. You have the entire road to travel on and maneuver around the big bumps. I drive my car to the property ever time and don't have an issue if I slow down and go around large holes. If there is a recent storm in the area the road will be difficult to navigate.

This campsite is 3.7 miles from Grand Canyon Junction for food, gas, water, and supplies, and 30 miles to Grand Canyon National Park. There are two sites with fire pits and campfires are allowed but may be restricted during certain times when warm temperatures and high winds are forecasted. Please bring a shovel to clear the fire pit out if there is sand or leftover wood in it. Other things to note: From Highway 64, travel 0.85 miles east on Pine Rd to reach the property. The dirt road has some bumps but is accessible with a 2WD car when the road is dry but 4WD is recommended when there is snow or rain. Also, since you will be traveling on an unmarked dirt road, it is advised to reach the campsite before dark so it easier to locate. There are no toilets or water so campers will need to bring their own accommodations. Pack in and pack out policy applies. Please check if there are any fire restrictions at the time of your visit and always adhere to state and local fire restrictions. I just wanna put this out there we were running behind in our trip and made a last minute booking at this place. A very small park believe it has about 10 spots one was open thank god. 50/30 amp fhu sites good water pressure so showering in coach was a dream(no bath house which is not a req for us ). Sites had ample room and a small lava rock base level site. WiFi is free and fast streaming was not an issue. They have a garden, fresh eggs (well behaved chickens on site )and various other things you may need. Laundry on site. Various indoor activities in case of rain in their lodge, and exercise equipment lounge area with tv. For a small business this place was great. Owners are on site and available to answer questions etc. Everything here works on an honor system which is amazing and hope it stays that way. Pets welcome. It doesn’t have all the amenities of a big park which was ok with us we like the quite. Owners make a point to talk with everyone and that personal touch to us means everything!!! If you’re in the area and need a place to stay 5 stars all day long from us! Everything I forgot should be in the pics also they rent absolutely gorgeous tiny homes if that’s what you’re looking for. Plenty of things to do close by as well! — feeling relaxed with Lynn Kahn at Grand Canyon Oasis.

Enough space for a 45 ft toy hauler. Full hookups and steps away from the Coconino National Forest. This made it easy to let dogs off leash for exercise. Lots of amenities including fresh chicken eggs paid on an honor system. Beautiful, dark sky at night.
