If there is a recent storm in the area the road will be difficult to navigate.

This spacious land is over 4 acres of high desert with breathtaking 360 degree views. There is so much potential for amazing adventures. You could go fishing in Williams or have a snowball fight in Flagstaff. If you have never seen the Grand Canyon you are in for an ultimate life changing experience. The dark night skies in this area may just keep you at camp. The road to the property is about 0.8 miles and is considered dirt rugged. It will require you to so down under 5 miles an hour in a few places. You have the entire road to travel on and maneuver around the big bumps. I drive my car to the property ever time and don't have an issue if I slow down and go around large holes. If there is a recent storm in the area the road will be difficult to navigate.

Sacred Springs is such a special spot. You can feel the peaceful energy of the land the moment you arrive. It’s beautiful, quiet, and the perfect place to unplug and spend time in nature. The hosts have created such a thoughtful space for campers. There are paddle boards right by the water, fun rock painting, hot showers, and a fully stocked community room that makes everything feel comfortable and welcoming. It’s clear a lot of love has gone into making this place special for guests. I absolutely loved my stay here and already can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a peaceful and unique place to camp, Sacred Springs is a little gem. Highly recommend

Such a perfect stay! The cabin is perfect size for two people and the hot tub was perfect as well. There’s bamboo outside that helps with the privacy which is very nice! The location puts you out in nature but also very close to downtown Cottonwood which was a blast to visit! We will for sure be back!

Oh boy, my partner and I could not have enjoyed this place more! Such a beautiful, intentional and inviting space. Gary and Daren are wonderful people who made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home! The stars at night were unbelievable, community room had literally everything we could ever need and more, and the space heater above the toilet changed my life. Cannot recommend this place enough!

First time booking anything like this so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Start to finish it was amazing. Gary greeted us at the gate even as we got turned around from a flooded road (which he’d advised us of but I just didn’t read carefully lol) and showed us around all the amenities at the camp site. You could practically show up in your car with just your change of clothes, there’s everything you can think of. Gary and Darren were always available accommodating for the cold snap, and our incessant need for firewood. The paddle boarding was really fun and the rest of the site was beautiful. It didn’t feel like a hotel it felt like you were crashing at your friends place it was such a warm and welcoming environment and very relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s site. She was very responsive and friendly. My daughter enjoyed meeting her cute little puppies and seeing all of the animals nearby. The views are beautiful and there are some hiking trails in walking distance from the campsite. We had so much fun hiking in Sedona, we ended up staying a second night. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Mary and Greg’s place. We were here for around 3 weeks and enjoyed both the location and the lovely trails accessible from the backyard. It was just a few minutes from West Sedona nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I went on a nearby hike with Mary and the two pups one day and they also had a propane fire pit available for us to use. We have a 30’ travel trailer and Ram 2500 (8’ bed) and didn’t have any trouble getting to the property or getting parked. We will definitely keep them in mind the next time we are in the area.

Weekend Trip to Peaceful Experience Ranch 🌄😍

This is the place to be for Big Dark Skies. Horizon to horizon views, no neighbors, and no big cities nearby. As the listings say, also no amenities, and the dirt road is rutted (but not very long). It is very pleasant if you come prepared. I got some great milkyway photos with a DSLR and deep space photos through a telescope. There is just a hint of sky glow from Valle and from Flagstaff but it is very localized on the horizon.

5 nights at Red Rock Camp Horses Welcome

If you are looking for a spot that is close to Sedona (downtown activities) as well as close enough for a day trip to the south rim, this is a good launching place. We enjoyed both of those activities as well as a ride on the Verde Railway out of Clarksdale. Jerome is a sweet town up on th mountainside, Cottonwood is worth a stop too. We explored Oak Creek - The Slide area and again, worth the effort. The camping area was secluded so good for star gazing and we were able to see the first super moon of 2026 from our site! The access is a bit rough but just drive slowly and you'll make it. There are horses nearby that kids will love if you are traveling with them. Our little grandson who is 2 1/2 made us visit with them each morning to say hello. Great fun. Water supply was ample but we filled our tank as it was not quite enough water pressure for our water heater needs. 30 amp electrical was great. We found a dump site at the Dead Horse State Park for $20 which is about 16 miles away and happen to be on our way headed towards Laughlin, NV. Definitely a great place to chill out and have some peace and quiet but yet be very close to activities in the nearby towns.

We loved this tiny home! Such a thoughtfully curated space despite its small size. Sean and Christina are amazing hosts and we’re very grateful for our stay here. The hot tub was great for chilly evenings and the location was superb - very quiet and peaceful. There are two other Stargazer options on site nearby but are spaced apart pretty well. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Sedona area - be sure to check out both Sedona and Verde Valley if staying here! Thank you Sean and Christina!
