Wave goodbye to noisy generators and lights. Park your RV in a dark sky community located less than a quarter mile from the famous Verde Valley Wine Trail/Page Springs Road. Sedona is only 10 minutes away. The Village of Oak Creek and West Sedona are equally convenient, and the location lets you skip the tourist traffic! Awaken to the sound of roosters crowing, and marvel at the Milky Way unobstructed by light pollution. Enjoy 50 amp service and water, plus the peace that comes with having no close neighbors in a noisy campground. Dump service is FREE for the first 10 guests. One owner is a yoga and trail guide and can help you plan your ideal vacation. Ask about the additional services we offer! Of course, you can simply park and go about your holiday! :) We can currently accommodate campers up to 32 feet. Large 5th wheels and Class A RVs are currently not supported until we widen the driveway to protect your safety. The site is relatively flat, but we are adding a concrete pad and can help you level. Coming improvements include: - Leveling the RV parking spot to create a flat, level surface for your RV and car (no leveling, yay) - Planting multiple Arizona Ash shade trees - Building a secondary tent platform (inside the second fence --- creating a safe, fun place for families) - Constructing a small outdoor eating area and outdoor shower. Yes, we are aware the property isn't as beautiful as it will be yet --- but you can win! This site is located conveniently at the top of the drive next to the power and water hookups (50 amp). There's also a convenient dumping station available for an additional fee. Enjoy gorgeous views of Jerome's lights on Mingus Mountain and a sweeping view of the Kaibab plateau all around. 10 minutes to the Village of Oak Creek, five minutes to several Page Springs wineries, and 15 minutes to West Sedona. Skip all the tourist traffic while enjoying a quiet, private, fenced place to park your trailer/home base on your Sedona/Verde Valley vacation.

Phenomenal just as it says a quiet place! George and Jennifer were over the top accommodating making sure I had everything I need! Actually way over the top because I was working on my RV and George offered just about everything in his quiver to help! Gorgeous Skies quiet place distant roosters and coyotes serenading to sleep. Worked out so well I added many days on to the reservation. Easy good hookups all good! Highly recommend!

This is our family's favorite camp site and it was our fourth time visiting! Lots of space to walk around on the property and we love to see their garden coming along. George and Jennifer are the nicest people you will ever meet... they are quick to offer their help with anything you may need. There is now a firepit at the campsite and we were offered firewood to make our evenings more enjoyable during our stay! We look forward to visiting again very soon....Thanks again for everything!

Absolutely amazing little spot to stop. The hosts are amazing people, super accommodating and kind. Whenever I’m back in northern Arizona you best believe I will be staying here. 10/10 would recommend.

A Truly Quiet and Beautiful Place

We visited a 2nd time and the site is now leveled out making it much easier to setup! We had the perfect stay here and we used this site as our base camp to visit the surrounding areas again (Page Springs, Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff and even the Grand Canyon). Highly recommend to anyone trying to escape the Southern AZ heat! Their farm and the surrounding town (Cornville) is very scenic and the improvements to the site are coming along beautifully! Very Friendly and Caring Hosts as always..

George and Jennifer were great hosts and very friendly! As soon as we arrived, George went out of his way to help set up and also did a safety check on our way out! They have a beautiful property that is indeed very quiet and peaceful. We were given privacy as desired and were quick to respond to any questions. The creek is really close by and was a blast to enjoy. Also, the location is perfect with plenty to do closeby and gave easy access to Cottonwood, Sedona and surrounding areas... Can't wait to visit again soon!
