Site#1 has Full Hook Up - Running water, sewage RV Hookup of 30amp and 50amp electricity, for $45. Site#2 and Site#3 are side by side. They have running water and priced at $25. each. These two Sites are better for tents or a small trailer. A personal generator may be used but only during certain hours. These are lovely spots with shade trees, so pretty. There are lots of mature Juniper trees and some Pine trees that provide shade on the property. Often we experience a lovely breeze. We live a mile off of 260 on a rugged dirt road. We keep the Entrance Gate locked for safety and security. We are located on 2 acres and have a garden and a green house where we grow a large variety of vegetables. We only accept trailers and fifth wheels of 21 feet or less on site #2 and #3. There is a Chicken House and a rooster and we have plenty of farm fresh eggs that are available to purchase. 0ur home is tucked away 1 mile off the 260 Hwy. on a rugged dirt road. First you will drive pass the Linden Valley Arena before reaching our property. The Arena was designed for ropers by ropers and is open from May thru September. 10-15 minute drive away is Fool Hollow lake, Show Low City Park, Safeway Grocery Store, Post Office, Library, and a variety of restaurants. Within that distance there is Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Picnic Areas, Large Dog Park, well equipped Playground area, Basketball Courts, Baseball fields, Sand Volley Ball, Tennis Courts, Racquet Ball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Disc Golf, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Walking Trail, Pavilions, Restrooms all the while enjoying the enormous, plentiful Ponderosa Pines. Show Low City Park Aquatic Center has 6 lane 25-yard pool with an adjoining leisure pool featuring zero-depth entry, Spray Fountain, Water Slide, Indoor Spa. Show Low was named by the turn of a Card. A ranch of nearly 100,000 acres jointly owned by Marion Clark and Croydon Cooley a U.S. army scout. According to legend, sometime around 1876, the partners decided that there was not enough room for both of them and one of them should leave. They decided to settle this issue over a game of "Seven Up" (with the winner taking the ranch and the loser leaving.) After the game seemed to have no winner in sight the game reached it's climax when Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." At this point Cooley turned up the deuce of clubs, and declared "Show Low" it is! Show Low is a city in Navajo County, Arizona among the lush green ponderosa pine forestland and along Arizona's Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6,345 feet. Show Low is now the largest city in the White Mountains of northeastern Arizona. Show Low is also the business hub and marketing center of the area. This is a nice spot on a hill with a gentle slope that overlooks the beautiful plateaus of Petrified Forest National Park. Enjoy the stars from the comfort of your bed through a roof glass window. Cook outside on our outdoor cooking area and enjoy the fresh breeze. There is a convenient store located over the bridge, south of the Sun Valley exit off the 40 freeway. Very light local traffic. Sometimes you can expect wild horses, jack rabbits and cows at a safe distance. Also highway noise depending on direction of wind. Here you can enjoy amazing star gazing and shooting stars on a dark night with no or quarter moon. We have added lots more amenities than before. This is an adorable 10x10 non-insulated shed/cabin with one bunk bed, a sofa bed, refrigerator, Kurig coffee counter top machine with kitchenette cabinets with storage for dishes, pots and pans and utensils. You can also enjoy an indoor wood burning stove or a Portable Buddy heater and a two burner Coleman stove with propane tank (on request) , hot or cold running water indoor sink and outdoor shower. We provide a double cartridge toilet just outside in out house. Enjoy the outdoor patio area with hammocks, patio tables and chairs, two bonfire pits to pick from (when wind conditions are ideal) More pictures to come soon. There’s plenty of splish splashing to be had; jet skis, speed boats, canoes, and kayakers all share these waters. There’s no better way to take to the lake than skimming the surface on an innertube. Anglers can enjoy the quiet west end of Lyman, word is the walleye and bass hang here in the no wake zone. 44 miles away you have Gila National Forest. Trying to truly get away from it all? Car camped here for 2 nights to visit the Petrified National Forest. Amazing stay! Very quiet(I heard the train a few times but was really just background noise) and the stars at night were beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

Richard and his lovely wife were the most wonderful hosts. The site was clean. Instructions were clear. Electric, water, and sewer hookup were all fabulous. The RV site has a gentle slope but my levelers fixed that up no problem. We also had the treat of garden fresh lettuce for our tacos and burgers from these generous hosts! I loved visiting the chickens, goats, and rabbits everyday. Walking the dogs at night was a special treat because it is so dark and quiet in their neighborhood. We could see the milky way! I have another trip to the area in a month and will definitely be looking at this site. My only regret is not having enough time to chat more with Richard and his sweet wife. Hopefully next time!

Our 2 and 4 yr old loved the dirt piles, rocks, rabbits, goats, and chickens. They have already asked if we can stay again! Mr. Richard and his wife were a joy to chat with. We even got to enjoy the rodeo down the road. Highly recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed by Richard and Cathy's hospitality!! They were both lovely hosts who accommodated us while we stayed there. Their goat/chicken pens were so cute and are perfect for a family. If you're stopping by in Show Low and need a place, I would HIGHLY recommend this place!
