Please read, and make sure all drivers coming read as well.  We are NOT a commercial campground, and there are places where guests vehicles are not allowed                                                                                                                      Meadows and pine forests, views of pike national forest. Rolling hills with some steeper terrain.Good hiking areas, as well as secluded campsites, a mountain paradise. Please read all the following info, thanks.                                                              Our sites are wilderness style only, pack it in, pack it out, there are a couple porta potties at our sister site that can be used if needed, but are a ways from our sites.        Please note, we are a working horse ranch, so you WILL see horse manure, it is after all, just chewed up grass

When you go to reserve a site, please include the TYPE OF VEHICLE and how much GROUND CLEARANCE there is so I can assure the site fits your vehicle.   Sites 6-8 require higher clearance vehicles, and NO trailers,  the best sites for camper trailers are: sites 1,2,5, and 9-16,  MAX trailer length is 21 feet.

If multiple vehicles are coming, please try to arrive at the same time to help preserve the serenity at our sites and conserve trips out, and have your guests read these as well,so they know where to go.  I do like to greet everyone on their way in,  Thanks     P.S.  I can provide maps apon check in if needed

Please arrive between 2 and 8pm ,send an email on ETA so that I may greet you if able.

To get here from Denver, go west on hwy 285 to Conifer, exit right on Foxton road and go left under the highway, go left down Foxton road all the way to the river, go right 1/10 mile and take resort creek road to the right up the hill and go 2 miles into the ranch yard, I will be found near the barns, or at the green 2 story house with white trim,  23202 Resort creek road. Please print these directions, as google messes them up in this area,   It is helpful to download google maps so you can use it offline as we have no cell service throughout most of the ranch.

 Thank you ,  Jeff

Very beautiful and serene, will definitely come back. No one else around. Jeff was very responsive and helpful. Our campsite was farther from Boulder than we expected about an hour and 45 min going slow pulling a camper.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and totally relaxed. The best part was the peace and quiet in the meadows and forest. Not seeing another soul the whole time also helped.

I almost don’t want to leave this review because I’d like to keep this spot a secret…but that wouldn’t be fair to Jeff and Serentity! It was a perfect secluded spot and we’ll definitely be back…the only downside is that the directions were a little spotty but we ended up finding the spot after a little hunting.

Since finding Jeff's, my family and I will stay no where else. We look forward to many years of camping close to home but with the feeling and surroundings of being hours and hours away.

Fabulous location! Close to Denver, quiet and spread out so that no one is in view of each other. We will be back!
