Had a relaxing and peaceful 1 night stay. Next to the barn is an accurate description and a line of trees gives you privacy. Charming property and Spot the dog is such a sweetie!! Sarah is very responsive and a great host.

We enjoyed on stay on Sarah’s land. We were just passing through and needed a place to stay and her spot was perfect for what we needed. She was great at communicating as we had a couple of questions and even came out to show us where the toilet was. We loved seeing all of her animals on her land, especially her little baby kitten JellyBean.

We loved Rasset Family Farm! Sarah, her kids and their dog spots were super friendly. Our dogs loved the freedom to run and play. It was a quiet enjoyable environment. They had a lot of rain prior to us arriving in our 45’ Freightliner Newmar Super C and we were a little concerned but when we arrived Sarah greeted us and gave us options on where we could park that were easy to access on hard packed roadways. We will be back! We HIGHLY recommend staying here, easy access to interstate to the cities, restaurants, Walmart and shops a few minute drive from their farm.

We loved our stay! Our 9 & 11 year old daughters were enthralled with all the animals (kittens, calves and a well behaved dog). Thanks for a great night!

We really enjoyed camping here. All of the animals, especially spot the dog, were a great additional to our normal camping experience. The place is a lot more serene than you expect from the photos, but the sunrise over the farm in the morning was very beautiful! We would come back!

We enjoyed the site and the location to nearby small towns. Sarah provided us firewood and we had access to a cassette toilet. We used the 30amp site (we only need 15) because it had a concrete pad to park our little pull behind on. They had cows, cats, and a camp chicken and dog. The kids even gave us a cat tour.

This is where the word "bucolic" comes from! Our hosts were lovely and welcoming while also giving us our space. It was a beautiful setting with the open fields, the cows and many bird songs to greet us in the morning. (I think we collected 20 on our Merlin birdsong app.)

The farm is very peaceful and quiet…not even a morning rooster crowing! We stayed here because it was a the closest we could get to families in Minneapolis on our very short notice., and it worked well. 45 minute drive to the city and some fun little towns in between. We would return.

We had a great time despite the weather! Great quiet land and Sarah’s family was so nice, our kids loved playing with there’s and enjoying a fire together. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in our pickup camper to test if it was viable for winter camping and it went well. The site is right next to their barn at the bottom of a small hill. The owners were good about keeping the dirt road up the hill from the barn plowed each morning. As the snow melted, it was a bit muddy so be aware if mud is an issue for you. We threw our boots on and were fine. We were away most of the time during daylight hours so I can't speak to how quiet it is during the day time, but at night it was peaceful. They do have a little dog that roams loose at all times and likes to visit if it notices you out and about. We didn't have any issues and the site served us well.

It was the perfect local getaway for us to spend a couple nights in the camper relaxing. Great location. We enjoying walking around and seeing the animals and the fields and the views!

It was an amazing time hanging out with the farm animals and Spot is definitely a show stealer with the stay. On our end we definitely expected a more secluded area as we had camped in the car, but it was still a super fun time nonetheless :)

I loved being able to land the RV on the cement pad out side the barn. Loved watching the chickens in the evening. Very quiet at night even with the crickets. Great place to stay.

Sarah was great in providing what we needed and the farm was very nice but if they hadn't been gone on an overnight we would have felt like we were basically in their backyard and that doesn't feel like camping to me. Sorry, no offense intended. We appreciated staying there but I just want to say how it was for us.

We loved camping on Sarah's land. We had a nice quiet weekend and our grandson loved the chickens. We had to book last minute and Sarah was very responsive to our messages.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's family farm! Nice and level for truck and tent camping in the private spot we chose next to the barn and bathroom. We knew that it may be a little muddy after the rain, so we brought bikes for the boys. It's impossible to keep them out of the mud so they definitely had a blast. Met the new cute puppy and kitties. Enjoyed a beautiful sunset over the field and took advantage of the cool evening to have a fire and roast marshmallows in the awesome fire pit that Sarah provided. Don't forget firewood like we did. Sarah was kind enough to hook us up though. Thanks for the memories!
