Usually, I don’t care to leave reviews. But for this site I need to.
There’s so much to say about this location, I don’t know how to say it all without rambling about it.
But, I’ll go ahead and say what I can and hopefully it goes well.
Upon our arrival, the person who owns this area showed up all happy and VERY welcoming! He and his wife (if that’s not your wife I do apologize) were all polite, and checked on us to ensure we were doing good.
The spot to camp at was a very good size, peaceful, and got to see a lot of random rabbits lingering around.
This area is really close to a local farm named Springford Farm that provides fresh fruit, vegetables and meats from their farm. HIGH recommend checking it out.
The bathroom was also VERY nice! Left me speechless to be honest. While I was using the bathroom, I had some good music to listen to that they were playing also.
I know I will be going back here when I got another trip planned in this area again.

We had an amazing stay at this campsite! The site was beautiful, peaceful, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Cory, our host, truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His hospitality and attention really made our experience extra special. We had such a great time and would absolutely recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
Very spacey, quiet and a place to sit inside on a rainy day. Very tastefully decorated, clean. Cory is very friendly and helpful, if needed.

It was very private. We had a whole big area all to ourselves. In the morning there was very clean bathrooms inside a building. Our ferry was delayed and he was very gracious about us coming in late at night. I was very appreciative. I highly recommend this site.

Great, spacious spot with a clean bathroom nearby! We loved the open sky for stargazing, and the hosts were super helpful and welcoming. There’s also a great restaurant just a couple blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Convenient spot for an overnight. Bonus to have power and water. Fantastic hosts!
Corey and Trish were fantastic hosts, having wifi , electrical and a flushable washroom during our last minute stay was awesome. Campsite was clean and well set for families especially if you have dogs who happen to love horses as ours does being beside the stables is a huge win, everyone had a blast!

Site 1 - Gravel Campsite
The hosts of the Hipcamp were lovely as was the property. We had lovely neighbours that were band members from the concert we attended. The camp was clean and quiet.
It's been an absolutely amazing experience at Cory’s campsite. Our family enjoyed the vast campground that we stayed on. The bunnies adds the welcoming nature to my two year old baby girl. We would love to come back to this site. It's quite, calm and the host are very hospitable and friendly.

The site was great, very peaceful. The wifi was spotty but not a big deal for us. The nearby pub was lovely as well with a very cute dog friendly patio. It was also fun to watch the bunnies 🙂 It's a really nice spot.
Amazing large and flat campsite with clean amenities and lovely host! The area around this campground is also super beautiful. I will definitely go back

The place was nice and quiet and we had some little rabbits around us. Washroom was clean. The owner very polite.
Nicely landscaped flat grassy area with excellent services - water, power and limited WiFi.
Theres even a nice washroom and party lights.
The pub is occaisonally noisy but very convenient.

Comfortable location with very helpful and friendly hosts. Level, open site with room for our dog to romp. Very nice bathroom and creative towels and locally produced tea available to purchase. Thanks for a pleasant overnight!

Cory is a great host and it’s a lovely spot! Nice bathroom and lots of space for tents and pets. Nearby pub is great too. Easily accessible potable water as well. A great stay!

What a great spot! So quiet and peaceful! The space that Cory and Trish have created Isa little piece of paradise ❤️ They have everything you could need for a comfortable stay. They even have a cute little tea house. The eagles and rabbits were a sweet treat. We will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful few days at Cory & Trish's great Hipcamp. The site itself is spacious, spotless, serene and situated next to excellent toilet facilities.
The location is perfect for a few days exploration, especially by bike. We cycled a few kilometres each day and got to Rathtrevor Beach and Moorecroft Regional Park for perfect beach views and walks. There's no shortage of great pubs and cafés again, all within a few feet (The Rocking Horse Pub - next door.....but NOT in a "uh oh this'll be noisy" next door way. We never heard anything - except from inside when England won their FIFA match and we were there watching) to a few kilometres. Highly recommend Rusted Rake for craft brewing and food, Rocking Horse for food, atmosphere, garden and Nanoose Bay Café for Marina views and food.
Treat yourself to a perfect few days of R&R here - it truly is an excellent spot and a great value.

We did stay only one night , perfect spot with water and electricity. The site is realy big.
Horses next door and a pub !
Cory was super friendly and welcoming. Our campsite was huge and level and I appreciated having access to a flush toilet. It was nice being so close to the Rocking Horse Pub.

Such a great place to stay! We ended up staying both nights in Cory's big field (rather than moving to our designated site) and it was great for our dogs to run around and be free-range pups. The little store at Wild Coast is sweet, too. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others. Cory is the best type of host- there if you need something but really hands off and low key. 5 stars!!

We had another wonderful stay at the Wild Coast Parksville Hipcamp. The hosts are both so friendly and accommodating. The availability of power and water for our RV, and the proximity to all the local sights and shops makes it an ideal place to stay. We will continue to stay at this wonderful Hipcamp in the future when we want to do some shopping and sightseeing in the Parksville area.
This is a great area. Easy to get to, and quiet. This spot was shaded, and all the amenities.

Cory's space was great! This was our first Hipcamp experience and I'm glad it was here. Cory's communication and information were really helpful, and the nearby pub was a welcome stop in the evening. The washroom was clean and the bunnies around the land gave our dog something to look at while we were there. Would recommend for sure
