We stayed at the old tractor site. It’s a nice spot close to the shower and toilet. Easy to get our camper van in and out. The host is super friendly. All around, a great stay.

Mark’s property is incredible, to put simply. It was easily accessible and beautifully maintained. I stayed for a quick night on my cross country road trip and will stay in the future if passing through again. There was plenty of space to walk my dog through the property and we especially appreciated the motion activated lights in many of the darker areas. The bathroom was convenient, well stocked, and warm, which was lovely after going for a chilly morning walk. Mark was communicative and very flexible. Thank you for a great visit!

Awesome campground! A bit difficult to locate at night but the camp host is very helpful and attentive. Plenty of light and the bathroom / shower is very nice. You can tell the owner really cares about the place and the upkeep is excellent.

An adorable property, plenty of room at the sites to spread out. I was the only one there so I parked closer to the bathhouse. The bathhouse was great, large shower. Just a beautiful place to overnight!

Mark was very responsive and immediately answered any questions I had. The shared bathroom was very cleaned when I arrived which I appreciated after along day on the road. Perfect for a little overnight stop if you want to be close to Little Rock!

Lisa, Dave, and the dog child, Kate, loved spending time at Fisher's Pond at the Treehouse. Mark is a great host and provides so much more than expected from a Hipcamp site. The bathroom and shower are great, and the lights around and in the pond add a great touch. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

This is a really wonderful property right outside of Little Rock. Peaceful and safe with nice amenities (best camp shower ever!). The pond and fountain are really fun and a bonus is at night the whole place is lit up beautifully. Mark is a great host and responds quickly to texts.

Tree House on the Pond
We initially set up for the wrong days but our host was very accommodating and allowed us to make a last minute change.
Overall, we had a nice time. Very peaceful and our dogs got to enjoy the outdoors.
We had a minor hiccup on our last day but our host solved the problem immediately and we’re appreciative of his attention to the matter and left happy with our visit there.
We would recommend to others.

The cabin was super cute. We loved it. The shower was well designed and I could tell a lot of money and work went into it. Unfortunately the bathroom is shared with other tenants. Their not very respectful. They slam the bathroom door and it causes the cabin to shake. The pond was our favorite thing. Would definitely go back and recommend. Hopefully next time we'll get better tenants.

We enjoyed our weekend. Nice set up, but a bit over priced for what you get. The hipcamp fees seem to be double what they are suppose to be so beware of this. (No fault of the host). We would recommend this place for camping but be mindful of snakes and spiders. We came across a copperhead and black widows! Don’t forget bug spray for mosquitos. No luck fishing but we had a nice time floating around the little pond in the canoe. Lighting is sufficient and very pretty lit up at night. Bed was very comfortable. Host was responsive. Enjoy!

Second time I have stayed here and I’ll probably continue to stop here for every road trip I take that passes by Little Rock! Great place to stay, mark is always communicative and reply’s quick if you have any questions, the shared bathroom is always clean and the water is always warm!

What a sweet spot with plenty of space and available amenities. It definitely felt like “glamping” with nice bathroom facilities and fountain on the lake that lights up at night. There were trash and recycling cans. Picnic table and multiple fire pits. Nice shared spaces in between each campsite. We were impressed with the surprise shower option. My daughter loved the decor so much that she begged to take a shower (which is unusual)! Would’ve stayed more days if we weren’t on a mission to get further down the road. Also, the host is very responsive and helpful with last minute requests.

We stayed one night as a last-minute option and totally lucked out! Mark was very responsive and friendly. He made a fire for us which we enjoyed in the common space with a picnic table amd chairs near the fire. Quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. This was a great camp. Lots of quirky decorations, a pond w a fountain and a dock, communal fire pit, grills, trees and a hot shower. Also Mark was very communicative and helpful. You can tell he’s had fun putting the place together. Would definitely stay again.
