Description

Wake up to the sound of clear, cold water rushing over rocks when you pitch a tent at West Verde Creek Campground, named after the creek it rests next to. The walk-in campground has three large, primitive sites to choose from, each with a fire ring. The non-potable creek water is the only H20 nearby, though, so be sure to bring your own or a pump. A chemical toilet is in the area.

Love this campground. Large, spacious, fire pit, picnic table, lantern hook. Lots of trees. We went in early November when the creek was low, so we didn't get to hear the relaxing sounds, but it was still an enjoyable weekend.
