Nestled in the trees on a large deck with the sounds of birds and squirrels all around, this unique structure spans 15 ft across with 14 triangular sides. It holds a double bed, dinning table, rocking chair, 3 burner stove, sink with water, full kitchenette and all the cooking utensils you need. The wood stove keeps the space very warm and cozy and we offer professional massage and reiki. You can walk, ski or bike for hours along a river. Or visit towering gypsum cliffs that host huge bat caves.. Our yurt is tucked away in the trees of our 20 acre wood lot. We provide lots of wood and fire starter for the wood stove but guests should have experience with wood stoves (or be really keen to learn). The stove is big enough to easily heat the whole yurt to cozy comfort but guests should expect to have to keep the stove going in order to keep the space warm and this may mean stoking it once in the night. We provide lots of extra blankets and two pairs of extra slippers for those who forget to bring their own. The solar panel creates enough power to run the lights, charge a cell phone and sometimes a computer but not much more. The space is beautiful, unique and quite dreamy but it is rustic. There is a composting toilet next to the yurt (with hand sanitizer but no sink) and outdoor showers (with hot water) near our farm house. There is a three burner propane cook stove, cooking and dining wares and a small sink for dishes. There are all the utensils that you may need to cook for yourself but there is limited counter space so cooking elaborate meals is possible but could be cumbersome. There is a cooler and we can stock it with ice packs upon request. We supply coffee and a french press,. We also offer massage and reiki to guests for $90 (60 min). Morghain Lee is a massage therapist and Reiki Master and enjoys blending these two body therapies for a holistic healing experience. There is an outdoor fire pit and star gazing chairs. We ask that you only use natural soaps in the shower, the sink, pond or river. We have some Dr Bronners if you like:) Cell reception on the land depends on the provider but most people have weak service (one or two bars). Enough to maintain a phone connection (if you are not walking around too much) but not enough to download videos. Some people have more or less. We do allow pets but we ask for an extra $15 contribution to compensate for the extra cleaning. We also ask that dogs not be on the bed and that they don't chase our chickens or kittens. There are outdoor showers available in spring, summer and fall when the pipes won't freeze. For those wanting to stay for longer periods in the winter we can discuss usage of the shower in our house.

**The road to my property is open, Google is wrong** Nestled in a quaint old Fishing Town is a 4-Acre Forest property that hasn’t been touched since 1885! This land overlooks the North Atlantic Ocean, with a 25ft bank at the edge of the property, and almost 200ft of stone beach! No potable water on this property (well water is available by hose for cooking/cleaning/showering), but 10 minutes by car, you’ll find a Sobeys, a pub, a Home Hardware, and small local shops that carry camping supplies and so much more! There is a composting toilet being built, please either bury the bag when you are done, or double bag it and leave it in the garbage box at the end of the driveway. As a septic system is now on the property, I am unable to provide access to the waterfront campsite for camp-cars/RVs/trailers. 30 min drive away is the infamous Martinique Beach, a very popular surfing spot! Lots of hiking and site seeing available nearby as well. A long driveway is the entry point to the camping site. All I ask is that each camper leave the property better than they found it. As you depart, another camper is most likely arriving, so please keep that in mind. Enjoy the peace under the stars, and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves breaking against the shore, and the leaves rustling in the breeze! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is currently a Tiny Home on the property being built, and it is currently occupied by the property owner full-time. Garbage pick-up in this area only allows one black plastic bag to be removed every 2 weeks. If your garbage is in a clear bag the city will take it and you can put your sealed garbage in a clear bag in the wood box at the end of the driveway. The city ONLY takes clear bags. Recycling is allowed in blue bags. Due to this restriction, I am not able to handle all the campers garbage -- please take any that you create with you if you do not have clear bags. What a beautiful spot to camp for a few nights! Ryan was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was, and having hoses available for both water and a gray tank flush was such a convenient bonus. The bike trail was very close, and we enjoyed getting out on it between the rainstorms. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay!

Ryan and Scott were very responsive to any inquiries we had from booking to checking out! We booked site 2 and arrived to a clean, well maintained area. This was large enough for our overlanding camper and Tacoma. We have been on the road for 40 days and needed a little break from the campground scene. We had our own private screened in porch, dish washing station, and portable toilet. The parking spot was on a well packed gravel driveway surrounded by a beautifully manicured yard with mowed walking paths. We woke every morning to the bunnies having breakfast under our picnic table! The deer came to eat apples every morning. The area was quiet with no additional traffic passing by our site which made it very private for the outdoor shower, which is equipped with hot water! If I am ever in the are again I would definitely stay here again! Thank You Ryan for your attention to detail and hospitality!

It was perfect for what I needed. A place to park for the night. Easy access, close to Mahone Bay. Nice little set up if you wanted to have a fire. Clean outhouse. There's a bit of traffic noise and an atv one in awhile but overall it was quiet.

We got the tent site and its super cute! The farm itself has seen better days but we'd wake up to the goats and turkeys grazing in the field next to us. There's no running water or electricity at the site and it is very remote. The road to get there is a bit rough. We got to hear some wild animals at night which was exciting.

We stayed here for 7 nights and absolutely loved it! The RV site #2 had a great setup with a screened-in porch, electricity, water, and even a private shower and toilet. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and perfect for a longer stay. We would definitely recommend this place to other RV travelers!

7 nights at Blueberry Run Trail Campsites

We stayed on site No1 and it was very good. Easy to get in, leveled and a lot of commodities. Our friends were on site No2 and Ryan was very kind to let us meet at each other sites. If you have a small rig, site No2 is one of the best site we ahve ever seen. You feel like you in your private little forest.
