Rustic Exterior – Stained wood siding with a dark metal gable roof and a small loft window centered in the peak. 3. Raised Deck & Porch – A spacious wooden deck with natural railings, including a covered and screened-in section for relaxing outside. 4. Vaulted Pine Interior – Full pine walls and ceiling with exposed rafters, giving it a warm, classic cabin feel. 5. Loft Sleeping Area – A sturdy wood loft with railing and ladder access, positioned under the peaked ceiling with a window bringing in natural light.

The area is isolated and lots to do, have beach volleyball court, beach area , kayak and pedal boat around the pond . It also has a 40x80 shed that can be used if weather is bad . Will have trailer plug in and electrical outlets if needed . 15mins from goderich, 5mins from blyth and 5 mins to auburn . Lots of trails in the area
