Our 11 acres of peaceful forest are nestled on the slopes below Moberly Peak, looking west towards the Dogtooth Range of the Purcell Mountains. Tall cedars, aspen and fir trees provide shade but make way for mountain views and spectacular sunsets. We are located 12min from Golden, a small mountain town with all amenities and endless opportunities for outdoor activities. We are just 7 min away away from the Golden Skybridge and the beautiful Blaeberry Valley and 5 km from the Trans Canada Highway, which connects to Revelstoke in the West and the National Parks in the East.The Bluebird Base is a is a beautifully camperized Blubird school bus, complete with a comfy queen bed, kitchen, couch and 360° views over the purcell mountains and into the surrounding forest. The bus is located on a private spot with parking and its own lawn, where you can relax on lawn chairs or pitch your hammock between trees in the forest. You have access to our "wash-house", with a full bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and laundry facilities, which is located about 20m away. The bus has electrical and potable water hook-up and Starlink wifi access. It is equipped with an electric cooktop, all kitchen utensils and has an automatic diesel heater for chilly nights. The couch converts to a bed, in case you travel with a child (A child stays for free).

Loved our stay!! Such a wonderful location and incredible host. Quiet spot, lovely accomdation and having the bath house so close was really convenient. Cannot recommend this place enough.

A perfect experience at the bus! Seriously a dream stay and the host was great and attentive. The location was also excellent. We were able to make the most out of each day. Perfect for people who want a camping experience with all the amenities.

We loved our stay at the bus. The bus had everything that you need for camping. I like that host Anna showed us around and how everything works. It was great. My son had amazing time and he loved playing with the kids
