Quiet property. No streetlights. Only local traffic. On the weekends sometimes the local kids will rip up the street on their dirt bikes - we're rural. There is a dog kennel next door but they're about 200m away. The deck and unit are private but we are close by in case anything is needed, as shown in the photos. The unit is a 36ft luxury 5th wheel. 4 slide outs. Skylights over one of the slides. Fully furnished. You are free to walk around the property being respectful of the other homes here. There is a corner store about a 5 min drive or 20 minute walk. We are fairly central between Nanaimo/Port Alberni/Qualicum Beach. Coombs is a 3 minute drive away. You'll see us puttering around the property as we're constantly fixing and upgrading. We have a dog and 2 cats. The cats are the welcoming committee and will try to visit you.Guests have the entire 5th wheel and deck to themselves and will enjoy being the only guests on this property. There are 3 houses on this 5 acre parcel and all are visible from this unit. Parking is right beside the 5th wheel. Unit is fully furnished and fully hooked up. High speed internet available. Electric fireplace. The corner store/liquor/gas is about a 3 minute drive or 20ish min walk. Coombs is really close at about a 3 min drive.
