Our home is located on the edge of elmira. We live on 14 acres.
We built a 1 acre campground on our property which also has a few trails for you to wander. The property is great for walking your dog leash free. Close to amenities and town but also feels secluded.
Your campground includes
- fire pit
- walking trail
- large cut grass field
- great for dogs and walking dogs
- abuts farm land with lots of privacy
- no hydro available at main campground but for an extra charge I can provide a generator
- porta potty on site which is very clean.
- ability to park on grass or gravel
- depending on time of year pond, it does dry up but dogs love swimming in it.
- great sunrises and sunsets
- 2 minutes to groceries and liquor stores, restaurants, Tim Hortons, Dog Park etc.
- Lots of wood supply for fires (Extra Charge)
The property can accommodate multiple camping reservations but for now we are only accepting 1 at a time on a a 5 acre portion of our 14 acres. The pond does dry up as the summer goes on as of right now until we renovate it, And we do not allow swimming in it (Animals are ok).

The sites provide river access and are a great place for kayaking, there are no motorboats permitted. Rentals include a limited number of kayaks (Pickup at set areas for kayaking, contact for more info) There is a horseshoe pit and propane bbq to use. If booked generator as well. Sites have campfire pits. Each area has its own outhouse, which comes with tp. Pets on-leash permitted.
While visiting there is lots to do and see! You can enjoy trail walking, fishing. and we are within half an hour to shopping. You may get lucky and see bald eagles! We're in the nesting area where they hunt,

The small lake is visible from every campsite which makes you feel as if you're in the middle of a large forest and glen. There are beautiful willow trees and open space where you can play, run and have a picnic.

How beautiful! What a lovely walk around and I got some fantastic sunset pics. There was traffic noise (as noted in the listing) which actually helped me sleep haha - I also slept well because I felt very safe. Lovely pond.

The back glen was absolutely perfect. I went in the end of September and the weather was perfect. Charles was very kind and accommodating as well! You can fish and swim in the water, as well as walk some trails along the fields. I set up a hammock by the convenient porta potty and it was perfect. The ground is very level as well for anyone with tents. I will definitely be coming back again!

Perfect little getaway for a couple days, hosts were nice and helpful when we arrived. We brought our grandkids and there was enough to do between canoe, paddle boat, mini playground, and farm animals. Nice spot to relax!

Campsite was huge, so many places to walk to and explore. The hill on the opposite side of the field is a perfect place to watch the sunrise. It’s about a 15 minute walk/2 minute drive to Tim hortons, a&w, McDonald’s, gas station and what not. Very much enjoyed my stay and will be coming back again if possible

This campsite was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The waterfront view was stunning, and the whole area had a calm, relaxing vibe. The outhouse was clean, which was really appreciated, and the grass was soft enough to go barefoot — perfect for lounging or playing. There was also a huge open space to run around or enjoy outdoor games. A great spot for anyone looking to unwind in nature!

We had a lovely night here. Posted checkin and check out times are a bit late / early for one night but they made it clear we could come early and depart late if the space was free and we coordinated.
Communication was excellent and the space very private and large with a beautiful fire pit. Also very close to amenities in Elmira.

We (my boyfriend and myself) stayed at the waterfront, we had a great time fishing, and just soaking up the sun. We forgot firewood and Charles was very helpful and brought us some. It was a beautiful view with nothing but the sounds of nature, all in all it was just a great time.
