We have an outdoor shower and large sink in a shed attached to the rear of our garage. It is easy to identify as it has a large white x on the door. 5/5 Stars. Truly remarkable David’s land was extremely peaceful and easily accessible. What stood out the most was how quiet and private it felt; you could actually relax and hear nature around you. The property was well kept, and the host was friendly and responsive. There’s plenty of open space for camping, a nice fire pit area, and great views (especially at sunset). Perfect spot if you’re looking to unplug for a bit. Not a Negative, however, this property appears to have high activity of coyotes, located approximately 50 - 100 feet away from Site 2. Coyotes are fairly timid and gutless animals but be cautious if bringing pets and or little ones, as the cries and howls can be a bit overwhelming. Coins in a can is a must-have to startle them peacefully.

Beautiful location! The host is very hospitable. There is electricity and water hookups. You can bring your rv or tent! There is a little river to canoe or paddle boat on. There are trails to walk all around the property! Overall great time will be back next year for a longer visit! One note, if you're bringing an animal make sure you clean their paws lol the ground has sand mixed with grass.

The back glen was absolutely perfect. I went in the end of September and the weather was perfect. Charles was very kind and accommodating as well! You can fish and swim in the water, as well as walk some trails along the fields. I set up a hammock by the convenient porta potty and it was perfect. The ground is very level as well for anyone with tents. I will definitely be coming back again!

We spend a weekend at David's property and loved it. The sites are well placed on the property around the pond. There are canoes paddle boats and boards for your use. Ample firewood is included as well as a dozen farm fresh eggs. David was a wonderful host and very attentive to his beautiful property. We had a great time walking on some.of the pathes with our dogs. Also my wife really appreciated the flush toilet in the outhouse! What a great touch. 10/10
