Wildflower Field by the creek
🏕️🏕️🏕️
My boyfriend and I celebrated our birthday weekend in here and we had a wonderful 4d-3n stay at Wildflower field campsite, Matt and his family are very accommodating, easy to communicate and always there to help! 🥰 The site is perfect and we couldn’t ask for more! Awesome spot to watch the stars at night, hear the calming forest creek sound while you sleep, so peaceful and very relaxing! Don’t forget to explore the trails and for your convenience the town is just a quick drive! We couldn’t ask for more! Thanks again for hosting us and for making our trip extra special! Will definitely come back and recommend it to our family and friends! 🏕️💛

Lovely Experience
They have a beautiful piece of land and were happy to accommodate us for the timeline that we needed. I would recommend anyone to stay on the amazing piece of land

A secluded camp on the edge of a wildflower field, surrounded by a forest full of winding trails and a gently flowing stream. The sounds of wildlife envelop you from the moment of arrival - between the drone of the cicadas to the ever-present birdsong, you could easily forget you're not camping in Northern Ontario. A large, circular tenting area with an alcove in trees will accommodate any setup, including hammocks. Gorgeous firepit in the central area to enjoy the open night sky.

August Weekend
Booked a last minute one night stay after weather outlook significantly improved. Despite this Matt sent an email with great details of the property, the entrance and its history.
Area/space: you are fully private, the area is a clearing that is accessible (but not visible) from a nearby house. You are encircled by trees with parking only about a 3 minute walk fromwhere we set up camp. There is a little creek nearby and not too far from an RV park down the road. The local road is close but not very busy.
Amenities: parking areas is simple and easy for any car, felt like we had full privacy and there were plastic Muskoka chairs, a bench, picnic table and fire pit already there. Garbage and recycling were close by, and out of sight, there is a simple pit toilet that is balanced (not too far, but far enough) distance from the campsite. Firewood provided was dry and worked great.
