For the golf enthusiasts, we are just 5 min away from the water front Brule Point Golf Course and for world class golfing experience we are just 30 minutes from the Fox Harbor Golf Resort. Our property is mainly made up of open spaces with few trees, we have an abundant of Pic-nic areas with oversized pic-nic tables are placed along the ocean front so guests can have an unforgettable gathering with friends and family. With steps down to our premium beach front and a walk out dock for our kayakers, the property has easy access to the water for kayaking, swimming and we have a small boat launch for personal water crafts during high tides. All ocean front tenting / RV sites have no services available if you want access to power and water you will have to book one of the sites that have services to it. We only have seven serviced sites available to our guests.

Learn more about this land: 1 private premium site for a self contained RV, Travel Trailer or Camper Van on private land with no other campers near you. No Tenting or car camping permitted. (This is not a campground. There is only 1 site.) The site has a potable water tap, 20 amp electrical outlet and Free high speed WiFi at the site. If you require black water service, a portable tank is available to book in the addon section of your booking. The tank can hold 80 litres or 21 Gallons. If you require more black water capacity, you can add an extra dump for am extra fee and we will empty the tank and return it for the extra dump. Gray Water can be released into the drain on-site for the shower, sink water discharge etc. The site is a solid gravel covered surface that is level. There is a gravel pad section in front of the site that has a picnic table and a fire pit. Firewood is available for sale and will be delivered to the site upon request. There is also a NEW Hardtop Gazebo in 2024 installed on a new wood deck platform that has mosquito netting for added comfort. The Trans Canada trail is in front of the site where you can walk, bike, ATV or horseback ride. Porters Lake, Lawrencetown Beach, Porters Lake shopping center and restaurants are only 10 minutes away. 20 minute drive to Dartmouth or 40 minutes to downtown Halifax. There is also a café within walking distance called Rose to Rooster. Park your trailer or RV and explore the trails, beaches, lakes and hidden gems this community has to offer. We have a half acre lake front lot with privacy. We have access directly to the lake from the lot and a laneway for a small boat as well. There is fishing, paddle boarding, boating, hiking and walking on these quiet roads in the wilderness. The Bay of Fundy is down the road maybe 2-5 min. If you want peace and quiet then here it is, a nice fresh lot on a lake out in the middle of no where. We DO NOT have any any of the equipment (kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equip) there you must bring your own. There is no washroom or electricity yet, so please be aware of this.

Great Spot with a gorgeous ocean view and view of Cape Breton - gorgeous in the Fall. Enjoy having a cafe steps away, Tim Hortons, Gas Station, Big Stop, Celtic Sisters Gift Shop, Subway, LIquor Store etc. all within minutes. Canso Causeway to Cape Breton is a 5 minute drive. Very convenient spot for any vehicle, tent, trailer, commercial vehicle, RV large sizes easy pull in/out has a large gravel driveway with large grassy area. The waters are warm for swimming, great for kids with a park and playground right beside the spot. In July there is a free festival in the park with music and activities.

There are many walking areas on paved roads in the community. We do have a 15 amp power supply as well municipal water line. The area beside the camp spot is secluded form the neighborhood.

Barnard's End

Located on the end of The Ledges peninsula, Marie Joseph, Nova Scotia, we have 5 acres of woodland on a raised lot, with around 1 acre cleared. This can be used for camping on the cleared lot with a number of tents, or park a caravan on a level parking area. The lot looks directly out onto the ocean, with Turner Island and Goose Island around 1km from shore, which form natural breaks from the open ocean. The lot is South East facing, and provides a sunny shelter from the wind. Power is available for a hook-up from a shipping container that is located on the lot (shipping container is for private use only), so power is included in the camping/pitching. Starlink WiFi is also included in the pitch, and details will be provided upon booking. This provides an excellent service for streaming etc. Access to the lot is off Highway 7, along an established gravel track, and then onto the peninsula. The access road does slope toward the lot area, but it is a great place to escape to complete peace and quiet! There is a large retaining rock wall, which provides access to a rocky beach, but walking around the peninsula offers shallower access in other areas. All great for a day's exploring. There is also an access road to the famous Fancys Point around 2km away, which looks out to open ocean.
