A small boutique campground with a small cluster of 3 way RV sites cleverly situated on the top of a ridge that overlooks the Northumberland Strait. Glorious sunsets are an almost guaranteed nightly attraction. The quiet serenity of Glory Ridge is a remarkable delight. Amenities include a bespoken glamorous glamping tent cabin, a curious cob pizza oven, an amazing outside shower made out of recycled political signs and a tenting campground cluster nestled among the trees in the hollow of an old orchard. Glory Ridge Campground is uniquely situated to create a unique friendly and warm experience.

It was designed and crafted for the glamping couple looking to step off of the world for a time. Featuring hot water, a shower, toilet, bathroom and kitchen's sink, dining table, micro wave, bar fridge, coffee maker, BBQ, propane fire pit, and double bed this tent cabin is all about rustic luxury and comfort.

On a ridgetop site at Glory Ridge, I had a fantastic view over the ocean. Steve and Ann were helpful and welcoming hosts and provided a handout with useful information about wifi, the outdoor shower, trash and recycling. I would stay at Glory Ridge again.

Hi there, We only needed an overnight stay to keep moving toward our destination, but wow — this place was great! The sea view was amazing, everything was spotless, and we really enjoyed our short stay. Funny story though… at 6:30 AM I accidentally opened the door to the shed beside us, thinking it was the bathroom. Pretty sure I scared the daylights out a poor lady who was sleeping in there — oops! Maybe a sign at eye level would save future guests (and sleepers) from a surprise wake-up call. 😅 Thanks again for such a wonderful spot — we’ll definitely remember this stay!

NEVER FOUND IT. I ASKED 4 OR 5 PLACES AND THEY HAD NEVER HEARD OF IT. AND IT DIDN'T SHOW UP ON THE MAP. WE ENDED UP GOING ELSEWHERE AND I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK!!

Steve greeted us and was helpful and friendly. Easy to follow directions. This was a super special tenting spot for us. No other tenters on the two nights we were there. Private, it looked like two other sites near ours, and spacious. Picnic table. Flat, grassy, shade and sun, nestled in spruce trees. Near a well thought out outhouse with a lantern and a few solar lights for nighttime use. Neat, easy to use, private outside shower. Clean, quiet, good for star gazing. We would love to stay here again. Close to Arisaig and the Provincial Park and Antigonish. Grateful for this sweet spot.

What a beautiful campground and in an excellent location! The view is stunning and the campground is beautifully designed. Wonderfully rustic with an outhouse and outdoor shower. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. A place where you can relax and enjoy yourself. A place you'll gladly return to. I'm glad I found this place; it's a hidden gem.

Anne was super lovely and gave us great recommandations in the area. She walked with us to show us her land and the amenities, and she was overall very helpful. The outdoor shower was amazing with the sunset ! We would recommend any day !

Glory Ridge Campground is fantastic for tenting. There are only 4 tent sites, We stayed 3 nights. Why is it so great? The hosts. The quiet. The trees. The bird songs. The walks. The proximity to Nothmberland Strait for sunsets and swimming and just being on the beach. Clean natural sites. Picnic table. Organized and clean garbage building. Potable water. Clean and well equipped outhouse. A wonderfully unique outdoor shower with hot water. Privacy. Easy to find. Cool distillery and store very close. A lovely fire pit with wood (when NS allows of course.) Cell service up on the hill which is a minute walk away. We had a wonderful long weekend!!! Thank you Anne and Steve! We'll be back. A hidden gem with a great view

We loved parking our pop up RV on Anne's property. It was the best campsite view we had on our whole trip on the Cabot trail. Loved stopping by the Fossil beach and the local distillery as well. The hook ups for the RV were convenient and the facilities (outdoor shower and outhouse) were as described. A hidden gem!

We had a warm welcome from the owner. The campsite was wooded with lots of room. There was a path through the woods to Steinhart Brewery, which had live entertainment. We took a short drive to the Arisaig beach down the road and watched a beautiful sunset. A screen tent or mosquito net would come in handy to get away from the flies. Nice place to stay.

What a great spot! The hosts were lovely and welcoming and had lots of local tips. The tent sites are tucked away, very quiet, with a clean outhouse and al fresco (heated!) shower. Super stargazing on a clear night!
