We are pet friendly however we do have livestock on the property, therefore dogs etc must be well controlled at all times. Excellent fishing opportunities for Murray Cod available on dams near campsites however please catch and release. We will let you know designated fishing areas on your arrival. Bring your own kayak or canoe (life jackets) for a paddle on the main dam. All campers need to be fully self-sufficient regarding toilet and shower and take all waste away with them on departure. Some unfortunate circumstances meant we had to change our itinerary and head to Moree. However, what a slice of paradise we found here! Green grass, beautiful gardens, a cubby for the kids and a variety of animals! Plenty of space for our little girls to run around and experience farm life. We enjoyed a fire at night in the supplied fire pit. Thanks to Pringy and Belinda for your hospitality! Would definitely recommend staying here, sure beats the caravan parks in town.

Such an incredible stay! The hosts were wonderful, and the setting right by the river with a fire going made it so easy to unwind. The highlight was definitely the new hot tub, soaking under the stars in complete peace and quiet was unforgettable. We can’t recommend it enough and will certainly be back. And dont forget to check out the hand made soaps which are amazing.

OMG. If you want an amazing peaceful time away head to Fernlee Station. Sussanah is an amazing host and checked to make sure everything was ok. The fish were biting - hubby caught 3 very big catfish and Andy snagged 2 turtles. All caught were returned to the river. The cod were jumping late arvo early morning but nothing for us. It was the challenge though. Highly recommend Fernlee Station to not only our Veterans and First Responders but anyone who wants a peaceful getaway. We will definately be back. Also, our city dog had become a country and fishing dog. She is a JR and loved her time there. If you are a keen fisherman, JNR in at Ashford has all your fishing needs including locally made lures.
