Tucked alongside the meandering river, Kenna Park is a tranquil spot to set up camp on a grassed block with native birdlife and beautiful starry skies with a campfire in the evening if you choose . If you need to stretch your legs after travelling or breathe in the fresh country air, there’s a river walk nearby. We are only a short distance from town so stocking up on groceries, grabbing some take away or visiting the hot pools is an easy drive. Roll in with your caravan or pitch a tent on our grassed river block. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after. What a fantastic place all grassed and right on the river. Mark & Suzy were very friendly and were kind enough to let us fill up our water tank. Would definitely return when next in the area and stay a bit longer.

Absolutely beautiful spot and the directions were clear to follow , the setup was perfect for our family and the owner was super nice 😊 will be back on the next trip

Great relaxing and quiet spot. Close to town and convenient. Awesome bird life. Mark and Suzy are awesome hosts and very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a great two nights.

Easy to find with the directions given. Sunset was amazing. Lovely grassed flat area to set up on. Peaceful by the river.

Nice spot with really lovely hosts. Definitely a lot nicer than the caravan parks around Moree. Only 5 mins from town. I’d definitely stay there again

Beautiful spot and Mark and Suzy were extremely welcoming. Would definitely stay again. If tent camping is not your style do stay at the Tiny House- it is fabulous.

Mark met us at the gate, easy place to find, good directions. Loved the campfire with other guests hosted by Suzy and Mark with a cheese platter as a bonus for all of us to share round the campfire. Would highly recommend and will probably stay on our return to Qld.

Suzy was lovely and welcoming. She could see we just needed a quick overnight stay and we were able to stay hooked up. Very quiet, grassy area next to the river. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Kenna Park, it was peaceful and we had plenty of space to spread out. Fire pits were great. Mark and Suzi very helpful and friendly!

Camping on a beautiful paddock next to the (fenced off) River. The dogs, our cat and we loved it!! Beautiful sunset views, super nice caretaker, and we were even able to take our dogs for a 2km walk right from the camp! 🥰

Suzy and Mark are great hosts. Quiet spot on beautifully maintained property. Fire pits available and water to fill your tanks. TBH, nightly fee was at the top end of value, but a much better alternative than the caravan parks in town.

Flat, well grassed paddock next to the beautiful Gwydir river. Lots of bird life and Mark was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This was a perfect Hipcamp. The location was close to town with a country feel. Communication with our hosts Mark and Suzy was outstanding. The property was manicured to perfection and an absolute pleasure to stay there.

We stayed in our caravan it was awesome my wife and I plus our two dogs, definitely the place to stay we didn’t want to stay in town and this was close enough but still far enough away, quiet, serene, beautiful, host was really nice will definitely stay again!!

A beautiful overnight stay in peaceful solitude next to the river, just a stone’s throw from Moree and the Newell Highway. Mark and Suzy are the perfect hosts and there is easy access to a flat grassed paddock. Just perfect. Thank you!

Wow! What a GREAT spot to relax and unwind. We stayed here as our last stop on our journey home from The Cape and we are so glad we did. The camp area was well maintained - beautiful green, lush lawn, and situated right on the river. It is evident the hosts take great pride in their property. We will definitely be back, thank you Mark and Suzy! PS - full Telstra service.

Great spot close to spa complex and away from the possible problems associated with recent thefts in the town area We invited the hosts over for a drink or 3 ! We had a fun night with them and who we all knew was 1 degree of separation! Definitely recommend

Lovely spacious lots on lush lawns by the river . Camp off highway an advantage for good sleep! Excellent hosts and bird watching too.Good water available . Close to town for artesian public baths and shopping ,fuel etc A pleasant few nights stay .
