The hosts were great, it was easy to communicate with them and they welcomed us in arrival
The location has lovely surroundings, but it was very close to the railway, which meant noises from the passing trains, even at night and early morning.

Not only were we lucky with the weather but our stay was perfect. Sarah suggested we take the spot looking down the valley to get the sunsets every night and it was gorgeous. After reading a few reviews I was surprised how quiet the train were- just background noise and strangely soothing!. We will be back again!

We camped 2 people at this site. The camping paddock is elevated and has a beautiful view of the woodlands, with many trees around the outskirts which is the best place to camp up! The goats sneezing were hilarious. It is not a private site as the sites are shared on the paddock, but theres few sites and definitely enough space for all. The host greeted us and was really lovely, we went to the easter markest that was suggested. Always a good visit to Toodyay =]

Absolutely fantastic stay. Sarah is a wonderful host who exemplifies excellent upfront communication and expectations. We were informed spots to pitch our tent in favour of the sunset and sunrise. Our location was exceptional. The property advertised on HiCamp is truly representational. In town the bakery is awesome as are some of the local cafes. IGA well equip. The Museum is very cool.

Although the host was lovely, the noise from the train line throughout the night with freight train every hour or so was disturbing for light sleepers.
However this was compounded by the rooster on site which started crowing at 3 the first night of our stay through to 6am.
On the second night of our stay the rooster started crowing at 2 am through to 6am.
At this point we decided to leave a day earlier as we were very tired.
One day when opening the gates to go out the owners dog jumped on me. I was not hurt but scared as I am scared on Staffies.

Beautiful spot. We really enjoyed our weekend here. Such a lovely view out over the valley. Sarah is a great host and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back.

We loved our weekend getaway on Sarah's property. Sarah was super friendly and even gave us a delivery of fresh eggs from her chooks. The property is very spacious and picturesque with a view of the hills to die for. We'll be back soon.

We had a really lovely relaxing stay. It was quite nice to hear and see the farm animals and while it is close to the train line, the trains didn't bother us (the kids enjoyed a bit of trainspotting). It's just a few minutes' drive from Toodyay which is a nice little town. The farm fresh free range eggs were delicious too. One of our favourite stays on our trip.

Sarah’s paddock was an awesome location to unwind. Close to Toodyay, great views and nice to hang out with animals.

Was a great location easy to get to and set up. Only down side was their dog (a stuffy) it comes around you, jumped up at our car and scratched the door quite a bit as we were leaving. Didn’t realise until we stopped for fuel how bad it was.

This place is a great place to camp, even just for an overnighter to get away.
The owners were precise with what they had to offer and they were most helpful.
Would definitely recommend!

Host Sarah was lovely. Just stayed the night and was delighted with a lovely sunset and some very friendly and curious farm animals. Dog friendly even for my little one. Very close to town.

Beautiful views from the top of the paddock. Sarah recommend the bottom of the paddock for the flattest surface though as we had a pretty heavy campervan and it was a bit muddy we decided to stay at the top and reversed in to have a beautiful hillside view. Sarah was always quick on communication and our stay was lovely! Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at M&S Hobby Farm, plenty room, lots of bird life and our grandchild thoroughly enjoyed feeding the animals. Great location right near Fairytale Farm and 5 minutes into Toodyay town

We camped in soft floor camper trailer. The hosts Mick and Sarah were welcoming and friendly. A great spot for Camping, we were able to light a fire and plenty of wood to use. One of the best things was the location was less than 1 hour away and is very close to the town of Toodyay. The camp site overlooks the hills with plenty of space to spread out. We will definitely considering going again.

I had an amazing stay at M&S Hobby farm. Fantastic hosts, picturesque location not far from town. Lots of room to stay with a couple of other families without being on top of each other. Kids were well entertained by animals and climbing trees. highly recommend.

We loved our stay here even in the cold and the wet ! Mick & Sarah are lovely hosts , the views are sublime and the animals are simply gorgeous. Albert and Honey are the friendliest alpacas ! Sarah met us on arrival and we could just choose our camping spot in the paddock. We had our little dog Lucy with us as well. Very relaxed Hipcamp experience will definitely be back.
