The Stargazer's Paddock
Wake up to birdsong and fall asleep under a blanket of stars at this peaceful campsite on a working equine property in the Southern Highlands of NSW.
Set on open pasture with sweeping, unobstructed views of the night sky, The Stargazer's Paddock is perfect for anyone craving genuine quiet.
No traffic hum, no light pollution—just the soft sounds of the countryside and some of the clearest stargazing you'll find within easy reach of Sydney. On a clear night, the Milky Way stretches across the paddock, and you may even spot the Southern Cross from your swag.
By day, settle in with a good book, watch the horses graze in the neighboring paddocks, or explore the rolling Highlands countryside right from your doorstep. By night, pull up a chair around the fire and let the sky do the entertaining.

Nick was friendly and welcoming, both by text and in person.
The Stargazer Paddock is spacious, with plenty of good flat spots near the large campfire area and a good view of the nearby forests.
It definitely deserves its name, the night sky was stunning, with clear views of the Milky Way.
A lovely place to stay.
