We loved our stay at Noonameena “Sleep in the Bush.” Peaceful, private bush camping with well-spaced sites and a beautiful natural setting. Fire pits were provided, which made our nights around the campfire perfect.
The walk down to the river was a little challenging but turned into a fun little adventure and was absolutely worth it once we got there.
A great spot to switch off, explore, and enjoy nature—we’d definitely come back!

We loved our stay, the property is beautiful with plenty of space to explore. So close to Berrima town, wineries, Bowral which is very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Really lovely quiet spot outside in the bushland. Plenty of space between campers. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again sometime :)
Note: you can faintly hear the roadway, but it didn’t bother us while we were there.

Easily accessible with our 13m rig, and no troubles getting level.
Typically beautiful country Australian outlook, the site is surrounded by trees, bird life and there's a dam with well established reeds of some sort which looks cool.
Wide open spaces with trees for shade if you want. Stacks of room between camp spots, all with a large fire pit.
A little noise from the freeway, but we didn't notice it when sleeping. A bit of low volume music and it was gone anyway.
On approach there is a creek crossing with a single lane bridge, but the access on either side allowed for a nice wide turn in and turn out.

Dana was a lovely welcoming host. Beautiful spot close to cafes, shops, pubs etc.
Large area to choose a spot to camp and we found it very quiet.

We loved it here! We stayed in a rooftop tent while friends brought their caravan. Plenty of space & dams for the dogs. It was very quiet and peaceful & host was lovely!! Will definitely be back.

Great spot out of Sydney not too far and spacious enough to not be on top of other campers. Returning for a second time place is just as nice as the first and is well kept. Peaceful and quiet only downside you can hear the highway traffic at night!

Very easy and low drag stay! Great open space, quiet and provided fire pit. Great communication from the host. Only had a short overnight stay while driving on a roadtrip but it was perfect for that!

Dana was great, a really nice property and close to Berrima. We will definitely be back to explore more. Loads of birds, animals nice sunrises, sunsets, and great trees.

Great quiet place. Dana is a great host. Did a bit of bush walking that is on property. Dana will give you a map which helps. Highly recommend if you want a place to chill out.

It was quiet and tucked out of the way of civilisation. Dana was very helpful in pointing out a great spot for us to camp on her property. Fire pits were available to use to minimise damage to the property.

Easy access, all level had 22ft caravan in there with Plenty of space. Slight road noise from Hume hwy. you can find firewood in nearby bushes, chickens for kids to see. A little pricey but would stay again.

Very peaceful.
Yes you can hear the highway traffic all hours but it’s not significant enough to worry you.
Lovely hosts.
The only negative is the lack of signage.
I think the sites should be numbered or named and allocated.
The pathways through the bush to the river should also be sign posted, not easy to navigate, i can see visitors getting lost .
Would I come back? Definitely

What a great spot to take it easy, Dana was the best with a great welcome. What a wonderful place to camp. Walk to the River it does takes a little effort to get down there but worth it, and not far from Berrima to walk around the town and have lunch at the pub.
Lots of fire wood you just have to look for it.
Thanks again, we stayed 9 nights lots of star to see while sitting around a fire.
We will be back as not for from Sydney.

This was one of our first Hip Camps. The drive in is really pretty and we loved being out in the open like this. The property is lovely and flat, so set up was quick and easy. Lots of Kangaroos. Our dog is still getting used to camping and is quite clingy which we find funny. Overall really loved our 2 night stay.

A beautiful place to stay. Nice level field and plenty of fire pits and wood available. Dana was very welcoming and shared a great map of the property. Worth the final scramble down the rocks to get to the river. Will be back for sure ✨

Very beautiful camp spot. Nice bush walks around the property and a wonderful creek to swim in. Probably 20min walk from camp, with some climbing involved. There were other campers in the same area but decent amount of space between.
Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.
