Please read the full description before you book. Ta. The land is about 650 metres. It is in a residential street (houses each side). It is a gentle slope down to where the level camp site BUT I do not recommend driving down to the level camping area. even in a 4 wheel drive cars have been stuck and if it's been wet, you will be stuck and I have no way of helping you. It's about 20 steps from the street to the camping area. If you have a car/truck with the camping arrangement on your roof, this site is not for you. Sorry. Level area for camping is about 220m with water and power plus a 8m x 2.5m cabin for hanging out in the day, storage in wet weather. The cabin is about 25 steps further down from the camping. It is a gentle slope to get to. The cabin is not licenced to be slept in overnight but definitely hang out there. The outlook is lovely. The land is just 500 steps from Smiths Lake. The photo of the lake is the spot. It doesn't look that good every afternoon. That was one of those super magic sunsets; but it's often amazing. Town water is on and power is also on. Toilets are a short 3 minutes drive to the Frothy Coffee lake side with BBQ and toilet amenitiesThere is a 240m level camping area with water and electricity. It is a gentle slope about 20 steps from the street. A four wheel drive could drive down but when it was wet people have been stuck so beware. There are neighbours each side and they are our friends. Please this is not a party pad hence why it's for couples or someone on their own. Ta Fire is allowed during non fire-ban period and there is a portable pit for fires that needs to be used if having a fire. The land backs a rainforest setting and is a short stroll (550 steps) to the lake and the photo is the spot you walk to (that was a very special sunset-unfortunately not all sunsets are like that). There are home owners each site so it is NOT a party area. It's about a 3 minute drive to the Frothy Coffee lake side BBQ and toilet facilities by the lake which is a top stop to stay. It's a dog friendly area. There is no toilet onsite. Hope you have fun.

Place was super nice and chilled. Great for relaxing. Having that cabin also changed the whole strategy! Made everything super easy felt like at home as we had everything we needed and more while camping . Recommend!

Great value, the area is really nice. Just note that there are no toilet (we didn't pay attention to that detail)

Lovely for people who love a quiet and private camp. Surrounded by greenery, a close drive from local beaches, lakes and a supermarket/butcher shop. The potable water, power and fridge was very useful!!!
