3 nights at RAC Margaret River Nature Park

We had the best time at RAC Margaret River. The location is perfect, so convenient and the forest is beautiful!! The camp has such a great atmosphere and feels like real camping (but nice to have a kitchen, wifi and bathrooms 😁). The staff at reception are lovely and welcoming. We don’t have kids but there were lots of activities on (frisbee decorating, moving nights etc.) which looked great. Kitchen has everything you need and the new amenity block is clean and comfortable :) The site also offer bike rentals with plenty of trails nearby,! Thanks so much for having us! We visited a few campsites on this trip and RAC Margs was definitely our favourite

We camped in a swag and awning combo at base camp, plenty of room however be cautious of the weather as we came during the worst storm ever. Errol was helpful however with offering assistance if required. The bathroom and hot showers were a lifesaver, made the whole experience better. Lots of wildlife around and spectacular views.

The perfect campsite. So peaceful. I loved wandering through the veggie garden and meeting the animals. Facilities wise it has everything you need. The showers heat up so quickly! Excellent camp kitchen with a bbq for cooking, kettle and toaster.

Great spot to explore surrounding areas and Augusta. Well kept camp ground offering fires in designated spots. Justin came by to check in seems a pretty chill guy. Just respect the place and any others staying seems to be his focus. Would definitely stay again.

I loved how private the Pods felt and how warm they were, even in the winter! Great location from the town with an easy 15 min walk through the woods into town. Heard no noise apart from Kangaroos when I got back late at night which was amazing. Will defo come back!

We were met by Errol who made us feel very welcome. We had a very relaxing stay at Hidden Creek for 3 days. Surrounded by a fantastic variety of trees and continuous birdlife.The entire property was beautiful and so lovely to wander around. The other sites were well enough away for us to feel like we had the place to ourselves. We were able to chill out by the fire on our site, and have very relaxing few days. Our site was below the dam and more than large enough for our 18ft ,van and we will certainly return for another stay.

A beautiful site overlooking the pine trees, lots of space for our tents and cars, and a designated fire pit - felt immersed in nature, and it was so peaceful 😊 the facilities were exactly like the pictures showed! My son and 1 had a great 3 nights stayed at Big Valley Campsite. Guinea pig cuddling and sheep feeding was a great plus for my 7 year old son. Family toilet facilities were clean and definitely very helpful.

Just a lovely place to be. Quietly nestled in amongst the trees, this idyllic location is a must for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle. Off grid campers, rejoice! A short stroll away from your secluded and spacious site is welcoming shower and toilet facitlities! You can "rough" it without roughing it. Seriously though, this place is a must. And Errol and Nola are just the best.

1 night at Busselton Lazy Days Caravan Park

We had a great stay! The site was organised and the staff who attended to use was very accommodating. We're a group and requested for our friend's site to be located next ours and the receptionist found us a good spot. There's a communal kitchen, bathroom and toilet too. I can't say anything about the kitchen because we didn't use it, but the toilets and the bathrooms were well-maintained. Hot shower is available too. It's just a few minutes drive from Busselton Jetty. We loved the campfire. We've been looking forward to that. We even brought our own firepit and firewood. Unfortunately, that wasn't allowed. We had to rent a firepit (this comes with firewood, lighter and firestarter) so it's all good. I'd definitely recommend!

As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers. Situated in the centre of the south west between Margaret River and Pemberton, our farm is a great base to experience the best of this wonderful area. Surrounded by forests and farmland, central to the Munda Biddi Bike trail - you can drink in nature! We have flat grassy areas under trees for camping, inside and outside showers, toilets, camp kitchen with BBQ, small fridge, electric frypan and small camp stove, washing machine and device charging facilities. Sorry dogs are not permitted We can take tents, camper trailers, RV's and small caravans up to about 8 m is OK. We do not have power to the campsite. The camp ground is on a working lavender farm and farming activities may be happening. We are small and exclusive so if you can't arrive before DARK please do not book. We don't want to be greeting people all hours as we are very busy so check in is 2 to 6pm. The lavender farm shop and cafe is open Friday to Sundays in term and Thursday to Monday during school holidays (closed February and Match) but campers can purchase lavender products on request. Camp fires in season (Usually May to September) and weather permitting. We supply fallen logs so no need to bring your own but fires only at night and not in the morning. Breakfast Basket or BBQ packs available, these are cook your own we supply all the ingredients and tools or dine in our cafe during your stay. Please note We are small and the sites are close together Our campground is not suitable for all children and we do not have entertainment for children, we reccommend other campsites that are better suited for children. Deepdene Farmstay is a beautiful rural property with a fabulous view! We have a number of unpowered camp sites located approximately 5 minutes drive from Augusta, which offers a number of tourist attractions and great fishing spots. We are also located a short 800m from Jewel Cave, which is a very popular tourist attraction and café. Our campsites overlook paddocks of cows and horses, with a lovely breeze and a number of large trees to offer shade in the summer, while being protected from the harsh winds in winter. If you are pretty much self contained and would like to camp out away from the hustle and bustle, in a tranquil and peaceful setting...then this is for you. However, if you like life's luxuries, then this won't be your cup of tea. One of the reviews said nice but a bit wild, I think they must be used to caravan parks or something. We try our best to fit in with the environment, so we have a couple of compost toilets and solar showers (for private not public use, for more info on this, please enquire ) and compost and recycling bins to try and do our bit. Dogs are permitted but this is a working farm with livestock so uncontrolled dogs chasing wildlife or stock which cant be controlled will be dealt with as needed including euthanised. If its hard to control don't bring it please!

68-acre peaceful retreat nestled within State Forest, a short drive from Donnybrook. We are one of only two properties in this small, isolated pocket. We have four sites available for self-contained campers, and one site that offers bathroom facilities. Stay here and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings over a glass of wine from one of the local wineries or head out and explore the beautiful Geographe Wine Region. Redgum Hill Nestled in amongst the red gums on an elevated position near the edge of the property, you will be camping next to the old hay shed. The birdlife here is amazing, with red tailed cockatoos and honeyeaters amongst others frequently visiting. Please take care whilst exploring around this area, there are some deep rabbit warrens around the hay shed, which can be hidden in the grass in winter. This site has no facilities, self-contained campers/vans only. You MUST bring a toilet with you. Valley Vista Valley Vista is a private and secluded haven, on an elevated spot backed onto state forest looking down over the valley, with arguably the best views of the farm. This site has no facilities, self-contained campers/vans only. You MUST bring a toilet with you. Creek Junction Creek Junction is a peaceful area by the creek line nestled in amongst the trees, where the gully running down the hill meets the creek. One of our three dams is hidden in amongst the tea tree bushes nearby. You can see the house from this campsite, but it is far enough away that privacy is not an issue. This site has no facilities, self-contained campers/vans only. You MUST bring a toilet with you. Please be aware, all of our dams are seasonal and will be very low in the summer months. We also recommend that you do not swim in them. Hidden Corner Hidden Corner is situated at the back corner of the property. It is the most isolated of the three campsites with views of the open paddock and across the valley in front of you and state forest behind. This site has no facilities. We are only approved for self-contained campers/vans. You MUST bring a toilet with you. Shed Pad with bathroom Shed Pad is a powered site (15 amp) situated next to the main shed with bathroom facilities, including a flushing toilet. This site is relatively flat, perfect for a couple of tents or two medium/one large caravan. It overlooks neighbouring paddocks and state forest. Please note, this site has a two-night minimum stay requirement. Base price covers two people.

Something Different

Something Different is a large machinery shed that has been converted into a comfortable holiday house with three bedrooms and one bathroom (extra toilet outside) and huge living spaces. You can really kick back here and relax! The walls and ceilings have been extensively insulated. There is a wood heater in the kitchen and another one in the main part of the Shed so it can be kept nice and cosy despite its size! You can drive your car/van inside the shed if you wish or park it under any of the many surrounding trees. The Shed sleeps 10 in total (base price covers all 10), with 1 queen and 1 single bed in one room, 1 dbl bed and 2 single beds in another room, and 1 queen bed and 1 single bed in a third room. All linen, towels, etc. are provided. If you have more people, they are welcome to pitch a tent or park their caravan on the grounds around the shed. For a large group (say 10 plus) we charge an extra $20 (total) to cover the extra power you will need.
