Just five kilometers outside of Margaret River, we welcome campers to come and experience the magic of Fair Harvest. The gardens and farm of Fair Harvest were established in 1995 and have matured into an extensive Permaculture demonstration system. In 2022, we were proudly awarded the nationally-recognised Eco Certification for Ecotourism camper amenities include 2 showers ( on timer as we have limited rainwater), 2composting toilets, and an outdoor kitchen built from timber harvested onsite. We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable lifestyle and sharing our beautiful farm with others. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers. The farm features extensive food gardens , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and a farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Enjoy eco-friendly amenities and a great vibe, a place to retreat in a beautiful part of the world. Visit the animals, discover our veggie garden and observe the many birds part of our ecosystem. Due to farm commitments, events, courses and retreats, the campground is open to the public only certain times of the year. Open everyday during holidays and long weekend. Open Wednesday to Sunday outside holidays Closed from mid june till mid September We have limited space for caravans, RVs and camper trailers. Fair Harvest Retreat Rules 1 - CHECK IN is between 2 and 6 pm, for late arrivals let us know your ETA. CHECK OUT by 10 am 2 - ON ARRIVAL, stop at the self check-in area. Register your details. Find your name and camp site number on the whiteboard. Grab a map and set up your camp. 3 - KIDS should always be accompanied beyond the immediate campground. 4 - Enjoy a SHORT WALK around the gardens. We kindly ask you to keep the gates closed and not to pick the food. FARM WALK, follow the walk trail sign around our forest about 30/40 min.. 5 - DOGS should be on a lead at all time, we do have 1 designated paddock (not fenced) where you can have your dog off leads, please ask us. We do not accept mixed rubbish in our bin, so if you don't separate take them away with you. We will be more than happy to explain and help you with your waste. 8 - QUIET time from 9pm - please be mindful of others campers - no parties or late music. Hello, welcome to Rosa Glen Farm in Margaret River. Our farm is set on 80 acres divided by vineyard, open fields and native bushland. We are perfectly positioned to see our beautiful region and our wines.😁 Just over two years ago we stumbled upon this gorgeous property and turned it into a boutique, biodynamic winery and farm. Our vines however were already established and some of the first planted in the area in 1978. Since buying the farm we have introduced olives, a small citrus orchard and numerous fruit trees. The farm is a working farm and well.. a massive work in progress. Our passion is the land, the environment, making good wine, listening to music, eating good food and sharing all of this with our community. We are opening up our farm to share with like minded souls who share the same passions as us (our community). Over the years we have started to learn about the secret spots on our property. The ones which are secluded, capture beautiful pieces of light at certain times of the day, where the black cockatoos love to rest on the branches of the gum trees, the areas where weeping peppermints create a haven and the frequencies and syncronities of the frogs elevate at certain times of the year and times of the day are so loud that you cant hear yourself think. As a result we have a number of beautiful secluded spots on our property we would love to share. As we are small and have no facilities and we can only accept a small number who are fully self contained. (Please see NOTES below) Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for WINE but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a beautiful giftshop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) and fantastic pub (Dear Darnells) and vintage stores which it has become reknown for. Bush blocks located in the central of all the south west goodies, 20 minutes from any great spot. Good to plan your days instead of going one way and coming back, relax in the bush and spot native wildlife. Sometimes we get Roos cruising through our bush as the neighbourhood like to feed them. The property is the first right just off the Bussellton Highway, the sound of the highway isn’t as bad as expected, the highway goes through a man made valley/gully and we are on a hill. There are no facilities here, campers need to be self sufficient. Strictly no fires. Fire ban is in affect. Please take all rubbish even if there is an accident, respect other people’s privacy try create space for others to come and enjoy the same way you have. If your vehicle fits in the bush we would prefer you to camp there as opposed to the open paddock. With a red cone near the gate please stay to the right STRICTLY NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES. Clean up you own rubbish, including toilet paper.

A great location with privacy and a balanced mix of grassed areas and native trees supporting alot of bird life. The best feature however was our hosts who I would give a 6 star rating for making us so welcome. We look forward to returning.

Great communication by the hosts by Kerry before we arrived. We camped on Isla in the Sun and had amazing dam views and had plenty of sun for our solar. Theres no toilets, no power, no wifi, so make sure youre self sufficient but thats what makes the camping that much better getting back to nature.

We had an amazing experience staying at Rosa Glen Farm for two nights. The campsites were so spacious and well spread out that you get absolute privacy surrounded by beautiful land. The farm itself is lovely, with friendly farm animals and lots of pretty birds around. Matt was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. We also really enjoyed the wine tasting — the wines were fantastic! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful and special getaway.

My partner and I had the best little getaway at Cliffy ! We got back yesterday and I can tell you it was hard leaving :( A gorgeous spot, perfect for a break from society and time to connect with nature. Would recommend packing light and not arriving after sunset like we did if you want to find the caravan easily ! Such a pretty little spot - a 10 min walk to the gorgeous cliffs and the cape to cape trail is on your doorstep. Make sure you have a little sunset picnic on the cliffs- it was bliss ! Such a cosy little home, we would love to come back 🩷

We were in the tiny house: comfortable, cosy and had everything we needed. The communal showers were clean and hot! The camping kitchen was clean and spacious: I really appreciated the fridge space and toaster. Overall a lovely stay in a great spot centrally located in the Margaret River region
