As a result we have several spots on our property we would love to share with like minded people who have a love for nature, music and wine. PLEASE BE AWARE WE HAVE NO FACILITIES such as toilets, showers and water. Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for wine but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a gift shop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) and fantastic pub (Dear Darnells), newly opened McHenry Hohnen Vintners wine bar and vintage stores which it has become renown for.

Redgum Hill Nestled in amongst the red gums on an elevated position near the edge of the property, you will be camping next to the old hay shed. The birdlife here is amazing, with red tailed cockatoos and honeyeaters amongst others frequently visiting. Please take care whilst exploring around this area, there are some deep rabbit warrens around the hay shed, which can be hidden in the grass in winter. Valley Vista Valley Vista is a private and secluded haven, on an elevated spot backed onto state forest looking down over the valley, with arguably the best views of the farm. Creek Junction Creek Junction is a peaceful area by the creek line nestled in amongst the trees, where the gully running down the hill meets the creek. One of our three dams is hidden in amongst the tea tree bushes nearby. You can see the house from this campsite, but it is far enough away that privacy is not an issue. Please be aware, all of our dams are seasonal and will be very low in the summer months. We also recommend that you do not swim in them. Hidden Corner Hidden Corner is situated at the back corner of the property. It is the most isolated of the three campsites with views of the open paddock and across the valley in front of you and state forest behind. Shed Pad (No longer has bathroom facilities) Shed Pad is our only powered site (15 amp) situated next to the main shed. It has a patio area with a table and 4 chairs (an extra 2 can be provided if required). WIFI is also available for an additional fee. It is an intimate site, perfect for one large caravan or two small caravans and a couple of swags/tents. It overlooks neighbouring paddocks and state forest. it is at the entrance to the property next to the main shed and in close proximity to the house.

Something Different is a large machinery shed that has been converted into a comfortable holiday house with three bedrooms and one bathroom (extra toilet outside) and huge living spaces. This is such a great location to explore interesting towns for day trips if you like food and farm stalls. The morning coffee and Other offerings at the little shop onsite is such a treat the camp kitchen was awesome especially if you are off grid and even though we didn’t use the dam it was picturesque. We did a nearby float in a river on Xmas day which was glorious. We have a caravan which could easily go on any site listed. However for our booking ‘running brook’ We did need to use levellers on one side. If you are after more privacy or level campsite the other two are better which we wish the description mentioned more - hidden river is the one you might want to book for privacy . I was disappointed about the leading pic on all listings as it can be misleading as this is not on the property at the time we visited. Also the directions on the current listing are very confusing because the sites are situated at the Lewana cottages which is well Sign posted.

The campsite gives you a remote and tranquil feeling while providing a very clean and convenient toilet block within walking distance with hot shower. Only 4 sites are available in the entire area, and each of them are very separated, so you can enjoy your own space and won't get disturbed. There is also a dam where you can swim during summer. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Fair Harvest Retreat — it was exactly what we needed for our time in Margaret River! We stayed for a week over the end‑of‑year holidays and it couldn’t have been better. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and immaculately maintained, with such a warm, homey feel. The kitchen and amenities were spotless and inviting, with plenty of hot water. Having the café right on site was such a bonus — the food was fantastic and so convenient, making it easy to relax and really enjoy the place without having to go anywhere for breakfast. It was the perfect spot to unwind, and we would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great shed, so many toys to play with we didn't know where to start! Enjoyed having sheep to say good morning to and being able to start the day with a walk around a beautiful dam lake. Fully recommend and we will be back!
