Situated on a five-acre property is a shady, green grassed, and flat camping/caravan area with easy access. The garden has an abundance of birdlife, while the quiet sheep amble around the back paddock happy to have a chat at the fence. Lemon Tree Lane is a great base from which to explore the region, with plenty to see and do in the area. The Busselton/Margaret River region is at our doorstep with easy access to the cycle path (3 mins away), the famous Busselton Jetty (8 mins away), beautiful beaches (5 mins away), and an abundance of cafes and wineries.

Watch the sunrise or sunset through the trees, enjoy the vivid stars at night and enjoy a bushwalk next door, or stroll down to fabulous Commonage Coffee and Yallingup Chocolate or later...Marq Wines for superb wine and cheese under the trees. The awesome Wild Hop Brewery is just a quick drive or a 40 minute walk. Our property is ideal for outdoor/adventurer adults who want a quiet getaway in nature. Somewhere to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and evening. We are all-inclusive and look forward to meeting some like-minded souls who love and appreciate nature... We encourage you to... The perfect base for those looking to walk sections of the Cape to Cape Track or a central, comforting stop for those tackling the full 135km distance. A sunset at the Willyabrup Cliffs is a truly magical experience and a bit of a hidden gem. The property is owned by a local winemaking family who can organise wine and a cheese platter to take the experience to the next level. Your hosts are more than happy to provide their personal recommendations for things to do while in the area.
