We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies. Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by. Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. Both powered forelf contained campers only that have their own toilet/shower/power cables of 50 mtrs to the extra large site. 10 - 20 mtr cables to the smaller site. Up the driveway is for the glampers private space. There are two cabins and a yurt that share a unique dining/kitchen area paired with shared private toilet, outdoor shower and hot and cold bath under the stars for a very relaxing memorable time in nature. The cabins are converted shipping containers. Cabin 1 has a king bed, Cabin 2 has 2 double beds (bunk style) and a yurt (1 - 4 people). Shared facilities. Please do note the yurt does not have direct electricity and supplied are portable flood lights to hang in trees and inside. Charging station in the toilet shed or kitchen. The yurt is approx 150 meters from the cabins and very private. It has one super comfortable king and two single matresses. It's warm and so peaceful you will never want to leave. Mains water tap nearby. Pet fee $40 per stay. Please clean up after them. Capacity 1 - 10 people in the cabins/yurt.

Bayview Camp is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Jindivick. We are backed onto the Bunyip state forest and have direct access to many trails. At Bayview Camp you get the camping experience but have the creature comforts. Accomodation is school portable which is placed on the top of our property, Bayview Camp is also run as a business called Bayview Camp'n Horse Trails for horse enthusiasts, we have horse riding trails and horses facilities, access behind our stables. Great for hiking enthusiasts, some great trails including Labertouche Caves and Nangara Reserve. Trails can be found on the All Trails App. We have an abundance of Wildlife on our property including kookaburras, Wallabies and wombats just to name a few. Our residents are sheep, cows and horses. Your accomodation is nice and private as our house is down the bottom of our property but only a txt away if you're needing anything or have any questions. The old school portable sleeps 7 people. There is also room for larger groups if people are wanting to setup camp, there's a camp area with crushed rock ground and a firepit with a beautiful view of the forest. We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity. OUR LOCATION Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities. We enjoyed a week in a tent at the scout camp, and are very grateful they're willing to share the place with others. Plenty of gas-fired instant hot water for the showers, potable water, and it felt safe and secure. Although on 80 acres, the allocated Hipcamp area was in the south east corner, near Hearn Rd and Park Rd. There's an urban bus stop in Hearn Rd ~250m from the camp entrance.

In the middle of the bush, in the middle of suburbia! Close to the beach and shops for supplies if needed. Plenty of space, but flat ground is limited. Heaps of ground wood to keep you warm and big fire drums to burn it in. Hot water was patchy, but grateful for toilets and showers that were there. Comms were great and were made to feel welcome, thankyou.

We had a fantastic stay at Bay Park. The site was spacious and peaceful, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. The facilities were spotless and clearly very new, which made the experience even more comfortable. Our host was friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised to find power available, even though only a water tap was listed in the description - a great bonus! Another highlight was the generous firewood bundle, which easily lasted us four nights and kept the campfire going strong. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a well-maintained, quiet escape with thoughtful touches.

Loved pur stay at the Bay Park and qlukd definitely go back for longer stays as we didnt get to use any of the kids' activities. We love the Bay Park for its easy access to the beach and shops, as well as for the huge sites and the tranquillity despite being very close to the town centre; it beats the foreshore campgrounds around the area anytime of the day! Kids love the communal fireplace have made friends during our brief stay. The shower was on the colder side; it wasnt an issue for such a brief stay, but thought we'd mention it for management review. Loved the personalised welcome where I didnt even have to step out of the car nor wait to be taken to our site.
