We had a fantastic time here. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning lakes and plenty of space to relax. The campsites are well spaced out, private, and spacious. it never felt crowded. The bathroom facilities were excellent. clean, modern, hot water, and with two separate toilets, which made things so convenient. The hosts were fantastic and really welcoming. Our kids had an amazing time kayaking on the lakes and exploring the bushland — such a great spot for families. We’ll definitely be back!

Would highly recommend Lancefield Lakes. We were a group of 8 and wanted private space away from other groups and that’s exactly what we got. Eveyone was well spaced out, bathroom and toilets were extremely clean, grounds were immaculate and everything was so well thought of. Jemillia was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. Aaron greeted us and made us feel welcomed immediate and checked in on us the next day. We will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing time at Tonimbuk Farm. The setting is absolutely stunning — right on the edge of the dam with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our kids had an absolute blast exploring the area and spending time in nature. A special highlight was the two gorgeous dogs, Marly and Max, who hung around during our stay - they were so friendly and we loved their company. We were lucky enough to spot the resident platypus, a wombat, some deer, and a few kangaroos — such a treat! The firewood supply was more than generous, and the little fire starter kit was a thoughtful touch that made setting up a breeze. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations. Granite Springs is a great Hip Camp. We were in Campsite 5. It was amongst the trees and very peaceful. The views were fantastic. We had a hybrid caravan and two camper trailers. The track in was accommodating for all RVs.

We loved camping at the Secret Garden (16 mates plus a dog!, all tent camping). So close to the city but with a secluded kind of vibe. Flat ground for tents was limited but we all made do just fine. The area and grounds are lovely and well maintained. BBQ and tables worked a treat. We didn't end up using any power on site so cannot comment but there was solar and a battery on site. The owner was extremely helpful in the lead up and very accomodating. Sunsets and plane spotting were fantastic. It was still a little chilly for us to get in the water but the spot itself was stunning. We'll be back!

A unique remote location but you are still close to Melbourne. Plenty of space for a large group to camp and still have private space if they choose. It's a really cool place but will only stay that way if we look after it. A good camping motto is: "Always leave the campsite better than you found it".
