Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks. We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies. Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by. Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. Hidden away in the valley the cabin offers a cosy and secluded retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Sleeps 4 with a rustic queen bunk. Plenty of floor space for an extra mattress if required. There is an indoor wood fireplace, couch, camp toilet, handheld hot water shower. Rainwater tank and outdoor sink. BBQ provided, but for the ultimate off-grid experience why not fire up the vintage wood fired cast iron stove. Indoor or outdoor dining, designated fire pit and fire cooking items provided. Relax and enjoy a drink on the deck or explore the property and spot the abundant wildlife that we share the land with. 10 minutes drive into town for all your needs with the local IGA, but our recommendation is the local butcher and the award winning bakery! It’s a country town so not much open on Sundays - plan ahead.

Great little spot that's out of town but still only a few minutes away from shops, gym and 15mins to Geelong CBD. We stayed before heading to the Spirit of Tasmania. The paddock is flat with shady trees dotted around and situated on a quiet deadend road.

Amazing spot under the gum. Beautiful view of the cathedrals in the morning. Relaxing by the dam during the day and a spot of fishing just to top things off. Hosts were absolutely lovely and enjoyed a chat which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

Belinda's paddock was just what we needed for our two camping families for an overnight stop. A large mown space, isolated but close enough to town. The fire pit was great. Belinda was a great host. Lots of joeys around for the kids to enjoy spotting. Lovely fire pit too.

Second time at Graces land! What a treat to be close to Melbourne and yet feel like you’re much further out! Enjoyed our stay here! Initially staying 3 nights however weather turned upside down on the last evening and didn’t want have our gear drying for the rest of the week if we stayed the last night, great amenities and Grace and her dogs are very accommodating and kind. Great place!
