Book with us, and you'll arrive to your gorgeous tent furnished and ready to relax. The 5m Bell tent is uniquely situated in a secluded old tin shed amongst the Berrimal Hills with incredible 360 views on top of the peak.
The accommodation is set up for couples, with a queen bed and many extra comforts to help you unwind, including the indulgent bath with a view (with hot water!), flush toilet, hot water shower, well equipped camp kitchen and more. If the weathers cool, warm up at the fire pit or by the wood burning fire. There are two cabins and a yurt that share a unique dining/kitchen area paired with shared private toilet, outdoor shower and hot and cold bath under the stars for a very relaxing memorable time in nature should you not want to camp.
The cabins are converted shipping containers. Cabin 1 has a king bed, Cabin 2 has 2 double beds (bunk style) and a yurt (1 - 4 people). Shared facilities. Please do note the yurt does not have electricity however we supply portable flood lights to hang in trees and inside. Charging station in the toilet shed or kitchen. The yurt is approx 150 meters from the cabins. It has one super comfortable king and two single matresses. It's warm and so peaceful you will never want to leave. Mains water tap nearby.

The property has two dams, it is well treed with large open parts and has a beautiful view to Mount Macedon. Kangaroos, possums and echidnas also live here.
You are welcome to walk the property and visit the farm animals during your stay (as long as you stay on the outside of paddocks/yards).

The yurt is approx 150 meters from the cabins. It has one super comfortable king and two single matresses. It's warm and so peaceful you will never want to leave. Mains water tap nearby.

Prices - there is a minimum 2 night stay at $300 per night plus a $75 cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking sleeps up to 6. 2 king beds and a bunk.
The lodge features a fully equipped kitchen to make cooking easy, along with a coffee pod machine for coffee lovers to enjoy a morning brew on the tiled deck surrounded by trees. If coffee isn’t your thing, relax in the spa bath at the end of the day.
As this is a rural area, mobile phone service may be limited. However, we provide free WiFi (which can be slow) and a landline for incoming and local calls to help you stay connected.
**Bedding:**
- Main bedroom: Choice of a king bed or two single beds.
- Second bedroom: King bed or two single beds, plus a king single bunk.
Both bedrooms include flat-screen TVs and split system air-conditioning.
**Important Information:**
- This is a private property; no motorbikes or horses are to be ridden on-site.
- For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to walk in the paddocks or feed the animals.
- Pets must be approved before booking. A cleaning fee applies for hairy or heavy-shedding dogs. Pets that stay outside during your entire visit are free of charge.
**Horse Accommodation:**
We offer two stables and a large yard in view of the lodge. Please contact us directly to book horse accommodation. On property arena hire is also available.
**Farm Experience:**
This is a working farm where you may see horses being fed, trained, or transported. If you’d like to visit the horses or have the mini ponies nearby during your to pat please let us know in advance. Occasionally, you also may also see cows moving through the cattle yards.
**Fire Pit:**
The fire pit is available during colder months.

This glamping experience was phenomenal. So relaxing and everything you need is right here! The view is breathtaking and watching the eagles over the gully was amazing. Susie is the perfect host, even dropping off extra firewood for us. Every amenity is covered, and even flushing toilet and a hot shower can be had. We will definitely be back 💖

Highly recommend Kilbirnie Peak Glamping if you’re looking for a country getaway. 360 degree views of the country side, comfy bed, bath on the deck (with hot water), toilet and shower (it is glamping), pizza oven and BBQ, fire pit (when it’s not a total fire ban), lots of sheep and an alpaca 🦙, had yummy homemade cookies waiting for us, so many little touches (mozzie coils, usb fans, phone chargers, lovely toiletries, plenty of towels, speaker), just wasn’t a long enough stay ❤️
Susie is a fabulous host and great communication. Will definitely be back again.

Amazing place to stay. Sunrise shining through the tent in the morning and unbelievable sunsets at night. And the bath tub which was great on the hot days. We had clear nights so were treated to some of the best stars we've seen.
Hosts were great as well. Highly recommend the breakfast box.

Weekend Trip to Facta Glamping
Driving into the beautiful property, greeted by gorgeous horses, we knew we were in for a treat! The glamping tent pitched high on the hill overlooking Howes Inlet was just spectacular. Beautifully presented, amazingly comfortable and cozy bed with electric blankets and beautiful linen. A loo with a view!
We sat by the fire-pit, eating nibbles and watching the sun go down, we lit the fire tub and soaked under the star lit sky with a glass of red, it was bliss.
In the morning we watched a beautiful sunrise up over the hills.
Directions to the property were well written and Sam and Jess were easy to communicate with.
Would highly recommend facta glamping and would love to stay again!

Technically, you're in a tent, but it's
the size of a small apartment, so it's easy to just chill out, relax, and unwind. A decent kitchen, bathroom, a lovely and a lovely little deck from which to gaze at the stars make this place a delight.

Don’t go looking elsewhere but do yourself a favour and book your stay here! Its the most magical place with everything you need and more. From the candles to the firelighters, lots of blankets, pizza oven, grill, open fireplace, lots of ottomans and a bathtub. We felt at peace and very secluded. Susi has done such an excellent job and deserves lots of credit for it. She wrote us a little note and packed two delicious homemade cookies which was extremely cute. Stayed here over the weekend with my wife—was a lovely little escape. The host was super helpful and made everything easy. The tent had everything we needed: a small kitchen, clean washroom, and best of all, a hot water bathtub out on the deck. It got pretty windy after dark, but the felt warm and cosy inside the tent. Would go again in summer.
