This is the perfect place to base yourself to enjoy the natural beauty of the Grampians National Park. The Scout Camp is located within a short distance to many hikes, bushwalks, lakes and other natural attractions. Scouts use and love this location, so we are offering it for others to enjoy too. By staying here you are helping us with funds to improve the camp. The Scout Camp has bunkhouse accommodation that can sleep 60, plus 10-15 caravan sites (about 4 powered). Camping welcome, plenty of sites. Ask about booking the whole place out for your group!There are great facilities including; gas and fire BBQs, a commercial kitchen that has fed up to 80 people, a large dining hall and games hall, laundry, toilets and hot showers!There's a seasonal creek just 400 meters away. As it's a National Park dogs are not permitted. Campfires permitted. Firewood available to collect your own in the bush.

Our property is a 180 year old historic homestead hobby farm with river frontage on the Glenelg River and a wonderful established garden.
We have three different listings available at Fulham Homestead:

- Fulham Homestead Guesthouse
Our Guesthouse sleeps up to 8 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Unfortunately dogs are not able to stay at the homestead.
Our camping sites offer good access for caravans and large motorhomes. All guests staying at the camping listings are required to be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must leave no trace on departure.
The camping areas are dog friendly and we also have dogs of our own.
You will also get visits from our pet Sheep, local Kangaroos and Wallabies. The Kookaburras will laugh loudly in the mornings and the Cockies will be annoyingly loud some days.
This is an ideal base for those that want to do day trips to explore the local area or just plop and drop.

A little slice of heaven ! 11 Acres nestled in a valley in the beautiful Castlemaine goldfields. The property has a main house ,shed ,cottage, Glamping tent site and a dam, and is completely off the grid. Also very close to the popular Expedition pass reservoir and only a few minutes drive to Chewton and Castlemaine.
Come and experience the beautiful sunset, Wildlife and tranquility.
The cottage itself is furnished and has a cosy open fire place and barrel heater, a small kitchen with basic kitchenware, hot and cold water gas cooking and solar and gas lighting. There is a separate bedroom at the back with a Queen bed and a king single bed. Please note bedding is not provided so please bring a warm sleeping bags or bedding and pillows. There is a adjoining bathroom (accessible from outside) with toilet, vanity and HOT shower. (BYO towels). Please note the bathroom may be shared with my Glamping site guests. (just one other site)
The cabin sleeps 3 and you can also bring a tent as well..
Please note this is rustic accommodation and the cabin doesn’t have 240v power only 12v LED lighting,usb charging for phones and an esky is also provided.
Located just 5 mins to local reservoir which is a great place to swim, fish or paddle.
Also the popular Albion hotel and gold prospecting areas are just up the road and only 10 minutes to beautiful historic Castlemaine.
Firewood is BYO (most servos have it) plenty of stick/kindling laying around on the property and matches and firelighters are supplied .
Just 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne, 1 hour from Ballarat and 40 minutes from Bendigo.

While The Love Shack is a private cabin, perfect for intimate getaways for couples we also offer larger group bookings for extended family / and or friend groups with the need for a normal bedroom/bathroom option. The camping area around the cabin is suitable for tents/vans and can easily accommodate larger groups.
There are three under cover areas for group camping use :- an outdoor kitchen
area with sink, bench space and a full size fridge/freezer, an enclosed pen with an extra BBQ, There is a large covered area with a 100" pull down projector screen (bring your own projector for movie nights and fun).
The Shack is a two night minimum stay and sleeps two. Extra guests are welcome in a tents/vans outside at an extra cost per person. The Shack has one bedroom with linen available as an extra, a small open plan kitchen with fridge, kettle and mini cooker. The living room features a little combustion woodfire heater.
Camping enthusiasts can enjoy a level, grassy site with spectacular views across the Tarra River to the forest, or behind you across the paddocks.
We are only 3 kms away from the Tarra Bulga National Park and 10 kms from the historic town of Yarram if you need any supplies. Woodside Beach,
Welshpool and Port Albert are within easy reach too.

Easy access to Cafes and Restaurants, wineries and boutique breweries, Prom Country Cheese, numerous Art and Craft galleries, Coal Creek Historical Township, local Botanical Gardens, or explore along the Great Southern Rail Trail. We are located close to beaches and the Strezlecki Ranges. There are numerous Markets each and every weekend. Or do a Pottery class or Painting class locally.Toilet and shower amenities available with access to drinking water and rubbish facilities.Enjoy the green, rolling hills with soft, lush grass, the misty mornings and the fragrance of blooming flowers on the trees in the orchard. We had the most amazing stay! The cabin is so cosy and falling asleep to the crackle of the fire was so relaxing. We loved being off grid and exploring the bushland around. Ann & Geoff were so lovely and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend Blackwood Cabin for anyone wanting to slow down and reset from their busy lives. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Love Shack. It's an ideal spot for camping, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved having both an outdoor fire pit and an indoor one. While strong winds and rain limited our outdoor activities, the convenient location, just a short drive to Yarram and close to Tarra-Bulga National Park, allowed us to enjoy a scenic rainforest walk and a picnic lunch. The area is stunning and provides plenty of opportunities for our kids to explore. The property does require some maintenance; for example, the bathroom door was jammed and wouldn't close properly, and the front door handle was loose. Nevertheless, our host Kate was warm, welcoming, and very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful weekend at the Love Shack.

This is camping with a lot of extras. Water from the tap (even warm), electricity, shower, induction cooking plate, large BBQ, 2 fridges, etc. There were enough plates, cutlery, cups etc. for the 5 of us. Also other kitchen equipment is there, i.e. pots, pans, knifes, electric kettle and so on. We mostly cooked on the fire, though...
The fenced area is large enough for several tents, caravans, with sufficient distance from the campfire and space for our dog to run and play.
It is very private, but with great views over the valley. Lots of birds around, for example a flock of 10 yellow-tailed black cockatoos has visited the pine tree next to the campsite a few times in the few days we stayed there.
We had a great time and would have loved to stay longer. We also enjoyed the Tarra Bulga National Park close by and Yarram provides all the gocery shopping needs for the stay. Also Port Albert is just aroubd 20 minutes drive, a small historic harbour town with a beautiful walk along the mangroves.
We definitely would stay here again, if we are in the region.

This was a very quiet out of the way spot with lovely views over the paddocks to the hills. The Love Shack was used by my son and his wife who has never camped before. Felt it was a good way to ease her into camping. Plenty of room for our caravan and large tent for the rest of our family members. Yarram was a short drive away. Was great to be on short lush grass and no real ant problems. Although in saying this, there was a huge nest on the corner of the verandah of the Love Shack. Great camp kitchen area and table and chairs to use all under cover. Designated outside fire but not used this trip due to the extreme weather. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed this location and would go back. The hosts introduced themselves and then kept to themselves. Would recommend this location for a family event.

The love shack and add-on facilities are very rustic, but that is what we were expecting as accurrsye. is reflected by the price. Kate made some great suggestions for activities.

Weekend Trip to Blackwood Cabin
Blackwood cabin is in such a beautiful spot, it was so peaceful to listen to the nearby river and birds. The cabin is very cosy with the fireplace inside and very well appointed.
