3 nights at Tonimbuk Farm

Sues property was absolutely incredible! We will 110% be back to camp there! Everything was well maintained, it felt like camping in the middle of no where with a touch of luxury, but only a stones throw away from the pub. Great fire pit, cabin/hut to use with table and chairs, pots and pans and other bits and bobs. Picnic table and sink was great and used a lot! And the toilet was great! Easy to use and far enough away to not feel too close to camp, but not too far to get too. Fire pit next to the lake was serene, the birds and wildlife came to life after 5pm. Sue was so lovely, brought us some firewood and made sure we had everything we needed and was very communicative. Absolutely loved it!

We had a lovely time at Tonimbuk Farm, our hosts were accommodating and the views were beautiful. A countryside delight an hour from home

We had an amazing time camping at Susan and Chris’s beautiful property! Our group of 8, most of whom were first time campers, absolutely loved the experience. Susan and Chris were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. The facilities and amenities were excellent and made everything so comfortable. The whole setup was perfect for both seasoned campers and beginners. We’d definitely pitch our tents here again. Highly recommend this spot especially for anyone new to camping!

Weekend Trip to Tonimbuk Farm

Private site, no intrusion, welcoming host, all added to our experience which we thoroughly enjoyed. Flushing toilets a short stroll away were a bonus. The kids had fun running around and we even got on the boat and kayaks for a little while in the dam. The life jackets provided were very thoughtful, gave us peace of mind. We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful campsite! The location is stunning, with easy access and very clean, well-maintained sites. Rob and his wife are truly special hosts friendly, welcoming, and full of great energy. Their dogs, Max and Mali, are absolutely adorable and added such a warm, homey touch to our stay. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to coming back soon

Such a beautiful place to introduce our little ones to camping. Kate and Darren were lovely and helpful. There were so many different animals on the farm and the kids got to interact with them. Also love how so many of the animals on the farm were rescues. We look forward to visiting again!

This was our second time back in less than a year and we’ll be back again for sure! The gazebo meant that even with some bad weather we still had an awesome time. Such a beautiful property and clear instructions from the host make me it an easy getaway

We loved the stay at Gunya flat, the site was very nice and quiet. Got lucky to see some kangaroos. Jana was really helpful and provided the directions very clearly.

Close to Melbourne, 10 mins from Tullermarine airport in a great setting. Perfect for a private tranquil getaway in great surroundings. Was absolutely perfect for our 2 dogs to roam around off leash as their first camping experience. Close to a river which would be great when flowing or in summer for swimming

5 m pop-up camper

Upon arrival, we were met by Robert on a tractor who came to greet us with 3 friendly dogs in tow. There is a Welcome Sign with your names on it, therefore, directions are easy to see where you should be. There was even a campfire pit stocked up ready to go, along with a Starter Kit supplied. These things were a really lovely touch we thought. This spot is absolutely picturesque by the Dam and the pictures most definitely don't do it justice. It's a superb view to wake up to in the morning, sit by the sun in the day or by the campfire at night. After a chilly evening, we woke to a variety of birds singing in the morning, to the ducks frolicking in the water, even a platypus surfaced for a visit in front of the firepit to look at us. The whole experience was absolutely peaceful and relaxing. The Hosts are super friendly and go above and beyond what you'd normally see with Hosts, so that felt really special to us. We really look forward to returning with our two teens to go fishing in the Dam or to stay at the Creek Site to see how that one is. Thankyou Robert and Leanne. Bless!

Absolutely fantastic camp. Jana was super helpful and great for a chat. Camp site was secluded, toilet facilities were great. Would highly recommend

Loved our stay at this hip camp site - the Platypus site was small and private with the best views of the water and the jetty. Jana was a great host, checked in on us to make sure we're settled in and if we needed anything. We felt very welcome. We didn't brave the kayaks as the weather is a bit cold, but looked like a lovely option for warmer weather. Campsite is a bit slopy but we found good options to pitch our 4 person tent. We loved our stay, we hope to be back in the summer to make full use of the lovely creek and the kayaks.

Great spot. Nice set up. Private and lovely. A little tricky to navigate your way to the site. Was hard to find a level spot for the caravan but made do. Bring your own firewood. Had a great stay and looking forward to going back.

Can't recommend enough. Kate is an extremely welcoming and responsive host. Awesome spot, a lot of love has gone into the property and it shows. Place has plenty of character. Tank water, firepit and porta loo made it a very comfortable stay. Hanging out with the animals was a highlight. All have funny personalities especially my new best mate Ezekiel. Would go back in a heartbeat

We enjoyed the peaceful site next to the lake on the property. Jana kindly provided us with some firewood which was great. Very friendly host. We also enjoyed sitting by the water listening to and watching all the bird life.
