Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with a private, clear lake forming the centerpiece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms, each with ensuites overlook the lake and face east, so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person,n simply hits the button and the auto block-out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with a BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large AV room, and separate kids' room all will be entertained or escape and find their peace. Nestled in between farms, Lakehouse Estate is only a few hundred meters from Phillip Island's main road and a km to both surf beaches and quiet back beaches.
