The campsites are located on the pasture paddocks of the farm with sheep roaming the area, so dogs on leashes at all times, and please pick up after them. With large distances between other campers, each site can cater for large groups, with no close neighbours. The sites are at least 2km away from busy roads, so absolute peace and privacy! There's a beautiful push bike ride from Riverton to Clare Valley and all the wineries are along the way. Plenty of room at the property for kids to ride their push bikes. Fantastic sunsets and sunrises from all sites, and at its best at the SUNSET BAA. Beautiful bird noises, including the kookaburras having a laugh. There's a very very basic "long drop toilet" pit toilet located near the Gumtree paddock and 5 others shared, down close to the camping paddocks, if not wanting to use shared toilets, please bring and supply your own portable toilet. Great Hotels/pubs to dine in at Tarlee and Riverton. Emporium cafe for the best coffee in Riverton Important Information to know before ALL GUESTS/VISITORS MUST BE BOOKED IN BEFORE ENTERING OUR PROPERTY!!! All campers must check in BEFORE 8pm. We have resurrected this character old workers quarters which we've turned into a rustic, peaceful abode for you to enjoy. Sleeps four (double bed, single bed and old miners couch,). Bring your own bedding. There is a flushing external toilet and a bush shower (ie: a shower bag, provided). The room with the open fire can be utilised as a kitchen/living area. We've provided crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettles and a camp oven. There is running cold rainwater into the sink. Cooking can be done on the open fire, or use the small camp gas cookers. Seven Sisters is a hilly grassland with wooded areas, creeks and rocky outcrops to explore. Anywhere within our boundary fence is there for you to explore. Our sites on the property are easily accessed. 2 sites on our farm road with a 4th site set at the back of the property which is very secluded. All sites have seasonal fire pits. Please don’t enter the fenced area around the house or go outside our boundary. Ideal for families or just a quiet stay.

Oliver and Chloe were great hosts. The area was cut and ready for us to settle in and relax. The farm location was close enough to go in and spend a great day looking around Burra. And then being far enough away from the traffic and bustle to return to our site and relax and enjoy the sunset. Lovely spot. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot to stay off grid with 6-7 individual sites on the property. Some sites are close enough together that you could stay with a group but still have your own space. Only one other caravan there when we stayed so we were very secluded and couldn’t see them directly from our site. Good size long drop toilet area with motion lighting for night use. Very clean. Hosts were friendly though we rarely saw them. $25 for a decent size container of firewood delivered to our site seemed pretty reasonable. It’s a natural area, so the sites have a small slope and you might need some extra caravan levellers pending your setup and site. Easy drive to Clare and Burra. Our dogs loved the property’s dam! Our favourite Hip Camp so far. 😊

1 night at Edgehill Farm Stays Riverton

This was our first off grid stay in our brand new caravan - and we absolutely loved it. Beautiful property, and so relaxing. Trish was lovely, and very friendly, yet non-intrusive. (Nothing against Peter- but we did not meet him - sure he is equally lovely.) If we lived in the same state, we would definitely make this a regular stay. Thanks for letting us share your piece of paradise.

1 night at Edgehill Farm Stays Riverton

It's a large farm, off the beaten path, with a variety of different camping areas. Trish put us in an open field by a fire pit because there were high winds forecast overnight. You can hike up to a ridge with sunset views down to a broad valley. We were the only campers there that night and it was overcast and pitch black. There are sheep on the property and we had a herd visit our camp in the morning. It was easy to book online with quick confirmation and we drove there after having dinner in Clare. It was great for us and would recommend to anyone wanting something different away from the crowds.
