What a wonderful place to stay during our (all too short!) visit to the Barossa.
From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. Belinda was absolutely delightful — friendly, helpful, and full of great local tips for places to visit, eat, and explore.
The accommodation itself was peaceful and beautifully set among the vines — we had the whole vineyard to ourselves, which made it feel extra special. 😀 Sitting outside with a glass of wine, surrounded by the scenery, was such a highlight.
We couldn’t resist purchasing some of the vineyard’s wine to enjoy once we’re back home — a lovely reminder of our stay.
Highly recommend The Cutting , so much better than staying in a caravan park!

Lovely quite spot, quite central to Tununda village area. Would recommend if you are fully self sufficient. Hosts were lovely and very accomodating.

For vineyard camping, it really doesn’t get any better. The site was completely private, except for the occasional welcome visit from a kangaroo or two, with 360-degree vineyard views and a stunning drive in. Daniel, the host, was incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations and impeccable communication. 10/10 recommend 🍷

The Cutting is very central to every where we wanted to go. The site was in a bit of a slope but easy enough to level up. Belinda is a very accommodating host and do yourself a favour and taste her wines.

Good place, excellent location, nice host. Positive improvements would be more privacy between sites and ability to recycle rubbish. No bins.

We were so happy to find this gem of a camp site. Minutes from Tanunda, The Cutting hosts guided us to the campsite right at the rear of the property - perched right next to the vines in a totally private clearing . Such a beautiful outlook over the vineyard at sunset by the fire. Doesn’t get better than this.

A lovely peaceful camp site beside a large vineyard. Able to have a fire in our fire pit and plenty of dead wood nearby to maintain a fire.
A great base for exploring the Barossa Valley.
Access would be tricky if it was very wet, but the host Belinda is well aware of that and may close the sight if too wet.

Cute little area in the vines and close to many wineries. We did the wine tasting with Belinda and really enjoyed learning the history of the property and tasting her delicious wines.

Very peaceful camping amongst the vines. Good access to the site however a dedicated turn around point may be helpful to those with large caravans otherwise smaller vans and motorhomes would not have an issue. Great spot.

Lovely peaceful location, views straight out to the vineyard, the kangaroos at dawn were an added benefit.
I would also highly recommend the tasting with Belinda, a highlight for us.

The camps are in the headlands of the winery, away from the main house. We had neighbours on our second night, but far enough away that our kids didn’t both them.
As for the winery tasting experience... “Dynamite comes in small packages” - this little micro-winery has the awards to prove it. We thoroughly enjoyed our intimate wine tasting experience with Belinda. Her enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge really shines through with her presentation. This is a generational family farm, bravely taking on sustainability, modernity and a fresh approach to some fantastic new award-winning wine varieties. So glad we came across this little gem.

We loved camping here, it has an excellent view of the vines, there is no toilets but the town is at 5 minutes from the property and they have showers as well! it was a great experience...

A peaceful spot with lovely views of the vines, especially at sunset. Perfect location to unwind. Opportunities for little walks. The tree line provides welcome shade on warm days. Nice to have 360 degree views of vines and open landscapes.

Beautiful peaceful spot! No nosie other than the sounds of birds. Close to tanunda, and wineries, we rode our bikes around to places straight from Belinda's property. Highly recommend to be amongst the barossa but with the quiteness of the country

A beautiful vineyard property where we had a gorgeous spot under trees between vineyards all to ourselves. Very peaceful and quiet. Belinda was very responsive and helpful. No facilities but we managed well. There are showers and toilets in Tanunda if you need them.

Brilliant location on the edge of town, stunning vineyard view with a welcoming host that communicated clearly and regularly. Camp site itself was just anywhere you can fit under a treeline, not completely level but wasn’t a problem for us. Highly recommend the full experience with a wine tasting and chat with Belinda!
