Our five acre property on the edge of the Great Dividing Range escarpment is just 10-15 minutes from the Toowoomba CBD. Fantastic mountain and valley views, quiet rural location but just minutes from golf, supermarkets, takeaways, pubs, restaurants, parks and Toowoomba's famous Picnic Point.
Your camp spot is a flat, grassy field with fantastic views and privately located on the block next to but away from the main house. Access is just off the road and down a slight grassy slope - suitable for 4WDs and most off road caravans or camper trailers.
All guests must be fully self- contained with shower, water and toilet facilities. There is a tap with fresh rainwater which can be used for boiling the kettle, washing up etc (dependent on property water levels as we are completely tank water reliant). Please take all rubbish with you.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to our site can be weather dependent. The slope onto the site can mean that if there has been significant rain getting back up may be challenging, especially if towing a van or camper trailer. Please check with us for conditions before you arrive if you have any concerns.

We do have a Portable toilet onsite, however, no showers and campers must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure.
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and under owners' control at all times.
We are located 15 minutes from Toowoomba for shopping, dinning and 5 minutes to Withcott hotel or 10 to Murphy's Creek hotel both great country pubs.

All sites are private and secluded with great views, great sunsets, and starry night skies. There is an abundance of birds and wildlife including Red Necked Wallabies, Possums, Rufus Batongs, Bandicoots and Echidnas.
There are seasonal creeks and waterfalls and wildflowers. Campers may occasionally be visited by a herd of friendly goats that like soft drink and chips. We often have baby goats and alpacas that are being hand reared which are popular with kids and adults alike.
Dogs are permitted but have to be quiet and restrained. Campfires permitted at our discretion (please ask first - depending on weather conditions). You'll need to BYO wood.

The only exception will be if a local fire ban is activated. We have firewood available for sale, or you can collect free firewood off the ground. You are also welcome to bring your own firewood. Our five acre property on the edge of the Great Dividing Range escarpment is just 10-15 minutes from the Toowoomba CBD. Fantastic mountain and valley views, quiet rural location but just minutes from golf, supermarkets, takeaways, pubs, restaurants, parks and Toowoomba's famous Picnic Point.
Your camp spot is a flat, grassy field with fantastic views and privately located on the block next to but away from the main house. Access is just off the road and down a slight grassy slope - suitable for 4WDs and most off road caravans or camper trailers.
All guests must be fully self- contained with shower, water and toilet facilities. There is a tap with fresh rainwater which can be used for boiling the kettle, washing up etc (dependent on property water levels as we are completely tank water reliant). Please take all rubbish with you.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to our site can be weather dependent. The slope onto the site can mean that if there has been significant rain getting back up may be challenging, especially if towing a van or camper trailer. Please check with us for conditions before you arrive if you have any concerns.

We had a camper set up to enjoy the sunset, with its own firepit.. The facilities are 1st class including toilets and a hot shower. A very welcoming and helpful host added to the stay. This hipcamp is perfect for families and couples look for a genuine country farm experience.

We loved staying at Curragundi Ridge. Catherine is a lovely host. It was more like five star glamping with the outdoor shower, bathtub and first-rate fire pit with all you could ask for. If you’re looking for privacy and a camping experience to remember - then this is it.

This is a beautiful little peaceful spot. A gorgeous view, we purposely didn’t pack any toys for our kids and they were kept entertained for hours playing in the creek and hanging out with the goats!!! We will be back.

The Two Tree Hill campground has spectacular views. Better than expected. Very quiet, clean and tidy. The grasses were green and well maintained. The host was so accommodating and respect our privacy. I highly recommend this campground. The road going up there were just so easy . I highly recommend this campground. Can't wait to comeback.😍

Good amount of facilities, simple access. Great for a quick getaway from Brisbane. Plenty of space to find your own area, not too busy. Would recommend to anybody looking for an affordable camping night.

Bare’s Hideaway was a lovely farm style camping experience! The paddocks had great views and were well kept, with flushing toilets and hot showers close by. Paul and Tracy were amazing hosts, making sure we had everything we needed, even taking us to see the new born piglets in their farm.

This gem is way bigger and better than the photos show! Such a quiet, peaceful and natural outlook with clean and charismatic facilities built out of recycled materials. The just were lovely and have though out everything, each day Paul and Tracy would drive past to check if we needed anything and Paul was nice enough to take us to feed the pigs, piglets, sheep and goats. We will be back for sure for such an authentic farm stay.

What a lovely spot at Bares Hideaway! Given the small number of campers they accept, there was plenty of space to spread out. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of toilets and showers. Wherever you chose to set up your camp, you were never far from amenities.
During our stay there was a large group there for a celebration but they were far enough away not to bother us.
We will look forward to coming back again!

Overall a nice quiet spot with good views and the company of the animals. Couldn’t really fault anything, only downside was wasp nest surrounding the showers which gave myself a sting when turning on the pump. Other than that not a bad spot for a night or two.
