My partner, her dog and I loved this little getaway. Jeremy met us at the front and guided us to our campsite, the ground was a bit muddy due to all the rain prior so a 4wd is definitely needed. Amanda was always a message away and quick! The property was beautiful, the dam was nice and the campsite was just far enough from the other campers to feel private. The cows roaming the paddock was wonderful to see! Thank you for your hospitality Amanda and Jeremy :)

Site 4 was very large with lush grass and fairly flat so not only is it good for the caravan and tents but also for the kids games. Close to the river and town but still far enough away from the main stream of campers and noise that larger campgrounds bring. Definitely recommend this to those who are self sufficient.

It was a lovely place!! We booked 2 campsites but they let us all squeeze into one!! We had 8 children with us and 7 of those children are on the spectrum, so we were loud and impatient and not a soul complained.. all the campsites are far enough away from eachother that you can spread out and enjoy your time without being underfoot.. the large dam was great fun for the kids all day (bring your kayaks and all swimming fun toys) the cows were a beautiful site saying hello and having the dogs off leash and running free with fires was just the perfect atmosphere!! We went for the long easter weekend and the kids loved the Easter activities set up for them!! Highly recommend anyone to give this place a ago and thankyou so much for welcoming us onto your property!! One easter our kids will never forget x

We arrived at camp and were met by the lovely host Amanda. She showed us to our camp site and we were lucky enough to secure a site close to the water due to a spot unexpectedly becoming available so she let us go there. Us and our dogs loved it. Great spot will definitely be back! Love that there was plenty of space between campers. Great to see the owners don’t over book the grounds.

Loved this camp ground, we pitched our tents under a tree next to the running creek. Really well maintained. The owner Jason dropped by to see how we were going and was happy to answer some questions about the bush walking to secret cave and the waterfalls. The fire pit area was perfect and Jason had placed the fire wood ready for us before we arrived. I was expecting to be closely packed in with other campers but when Jason told us that the spot we booked is just for us, I was shocked because it was a huge space along the creek with no one in sight. I highly recommend this spot.

Big Fig campsite was a fantastic experience! The camp spot itself was great—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Tucked away behind the scrub, it felt wonderfully secluded, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The expansive campsite is accessed via a private driveway, which added to the sense of exclusivity and privacy. Its location right next to the creek was a highlight, providing a serene backdrop. The site is flat, making it ideal for setting up tents comfortably. We pitched our extra-large 8mx4m tent at the opposite end of the big fig and fire pit to avoid smoke drifting in, which worked perfectly and had the bonus of being grassier. Despite the tent’s size, it fit comfortably within the camp spot, leaving plenty of room for our two boys to run around and play. The cozy fire pit near the fig tree added a charming touch, perfect for evening gatherings. It’s just a short 50m walk to the composting toilet and hot shower, ensuring comfort without sacrificing the natural vibe. On the afternoon of setup, an unexpected downpour hit, catching us off guard. However, Jason, the host, was incredibly caring and went out of his way to check on us, even offering alternative shelter for the night. As we’d already pitched the tent and were nearly done setting up, we politely declined, but his thoughtfulness left a lasting impression. Highly recommend Big Fig for its beautiful setting and exceptional hospitality!

Welcome to 'Evergreen' a 2500 acre property in Gundiah on the banks of the beautiful Mary River. We are beef cattle graziers and we have a 1500 fruit tree orchard. We work hard, yet enjoy relaxing by the river. We have working dogs, 30 free range chickens, 3 donkeys, 1 house cat, 1 parrot and approximately 750 head of cattle of various ages. You can learn about the farm and book one of our tours, or just relax and enjoy the views. Join us for Sundowners & Dinner at the homestead on Saturday night only. Sundowners in the paddock for sunset followed by dinner at the house. We offer a number of options, three of which are open to camping of all types from tents through to motorhomes. The Hut campsite is a flat 'ledge' that has on old hut built on it. This old hut is derelict now, however, the original owner used it for 'tordoning crews'. The Ridge traverses the entire length of Evergreen. From the ridge you have views in all directions. We have a beautiful large dam, where our Dam campsite is located, that is home to turtles, water dragons and birds. We also have the Beachy River campsite which is only accessible by 4x4 vehicles and walk in campers. Guests must be self-contained with own toilet. Campfires permitted.

If your preferred site is not available , shoot us a message , we may have an alternative for you:) Our rules are really not rocket science, don't take things that are not yours, use the toilets instead of our bush, don't cut down trees or damage things, that includes damaging trees, don't leave anything but ash in the firepit ,make sure the fire is fully extinguished, remove your rubbish and respect and consider your fellow campers and our neighbours. Axe throwing has recently become popular within the city, if you must try it on the property , bring a board, our trees are not to be used as targets. Stay out of our gated paddocks. This is for Biosecurity and your safety. We are trying to create peace and tranquility that people crave so much when they get out of their busy lives. We are not the place for rowdy parties or large groups ( unless you would like to book out the entire property) Most of our sites are nestled on different levels between trees and bush so you will feel like you are the only ones there. You are welcome to have a campfire in the provided fire pit or drum when there is no fire ban in place, however due to the unique surroundings we offer, we do require you to be extra vigilant with fire safety. You are most welcome to use your own off the ground firepit anywhere in your site. Please read site descriptions carefully as we have sites that are substantially different in access, privacy , level ground and distance to a toilet. We affectionately call our property "The Rustic Resort". This is a tribute to the rusty water tanks and dilapidated animal shelters that were left behind when we moved in. Our farm was once part of a thriving rural property in the 1920's. It used to be a dairy farm and then a banana farm. We now raise goats and cattle. Our property is dog friendly to responsible dog owners, we are happy for your pups to be off lead as long as you are the one in control. We have a large farm dam that never runs dry, (NO fishing please as we use this for livestock and swimming, and the last thing we need is hooks in peoples or animals feet. ) It is wonderful for a refreshing swim, there is a ladder to make it easier to get into the dam and during the summer months there are floating noodles for your use. Feel free to bring your paddle boards and canoes. We are centrally located to explore the Glass house mountains ( 20mins), Stoney creek (15min), Rocky holes (35min), Bribie island (40 min), Woodford (10min), Mt Mee (10min), Montville, Maleny (40min) and much, much more. We are 10 minutes from Woodford and the wonderful Woodford Folk Festival. "White Ridge Farm" in Elimbah is only 20 minutes from us, and the kids will love the interactive farm experience and cuddling the baby animals. Wamuran town centre has has an IGA, a wonderful butcher, bakery, bottle shop, 24 hour servo, a rural supply shop, fish and chip shop, a new pizza place and a Thai/Indian take away that is sensational. Wamuran holds a local country market every 4th Saturday per month from 7am to midday. There is a Woodfire pizza van in town 2 out of 4 weekends, look up Deadwood Pizza Wamuran to check the dates. We love them. If you would like to stay longer but feel like you need a shower occasionally, there is a public pool in Woodford and a public pool on King Street towards Caboolture , both are about a 10/15 minute drive from us. Wamuran is less than an hour north from the city, yet you will feel like you are far away. If you are looking for a dump point around the area, www.unitywater.com has a list of available dump points with addresses. If you have any questions please drop us a message.

We recommend our guests bring swimmers for the bath. During your stay you will have access to our outdoor shower and composting toilet with a view. These facilities are shared by 1 other person or if another camper stays, and we kindly request that our guests are mindful of water consumption as we are on tank water. Connection of power and water is an option for extra. Our campsites are also dog friendly as we love having your fur babies visit! However if you are bringing your furry companions with you, please ensure they are friendly with other dogs, kept on a lead and supervised at all times, as our baby chickens and miniature pigs like to explore during the day along with my dog who will constantly want to be around. We are right next door to Sublime Farm and Brewery, where you can meet new friends, pick your own limes, grab a delicious meal, sample their craft brews, and enjoy live music on the weekends. It is a large block and there are campsites far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Guests will have access to a toilet throughout their stay. Pets are permitted but we ask you to please keep them on a leash at all times to protect the wildlife and surrounding environment. Our property features a Koala habitat and a creek where we occasionally spot platypus. Stirling’s Crossing is situated in the Mary Valley on a lush 150 acre Equestrian property, which is bordered by the Yabba Creek and the Imbil State Forest. Guests can also bring their horses to Stirlings Crossing as Imbil State forest is perfect for horse back trail riding. Horse yards can be set up on request. The Tom Quilty has been held here twice before and will be held here again in 2026. Other endurance events are also held here during the year. There is an extra $10 charge per horse per night. Unfortunately there are no horses available here to hire. It is just over 100km north of Brisbane. The town of Imbil is only 6km away and has a recently opened IGA with all the supplies you need. There is also a bakery, 2 coffee shops, a pub with great meals, and a well equipped petrol station. There are markets every Sunday in the Main Street. Borumba Dam is 4.5kms up the road. It is perfect for boating enthusiasts who want to fish or do various water sports. Maluka Park

Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other. During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. Kayaks are provided free of charge for all campers to use in Yabba Creek. Please treat them respectfully and return them back to their launching place just below the powerlines. If you wish to bring along your own kayak, you can launch them at the walkway between campsite 8 and 9 where our camp kayaks are stored, however, cars are restricted from driving down to the water edge so you will have to carry them to the water to launch them. Please note that you are responsible for your own kayak. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). Firewood is available and can be delivered to your site by our local contractor. Cost is $20 for a generous load or $10 for a half load. The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

The farm backs onto picturesque forestry to explore with koala & Dear watching. Our farm is perfect for families that are self sufficient campers. If you love your Fur baby they are welcome but must be on a lead and supervised. You can choose your own campsite on arrival, Our location is only 10mins to Imbil, 25mins to Gympie and 25mins to Cooroy. If a group booking is required or planning on staying with us for 5 days or more please send us a message for a special price. Each Site only Accommodates 2 Adults (MAXIUMUM) and up to 4 children, 1 vehicle. If there is more than 2 adults you need to book 2 sites.
