Hidden Valley is on 26 acres with frontage to Grady's Creek (the creek is our front boundary) and our back boundary is a goods train line, the train occasionally gives a toot to campers.
We offer general camping, an area for tents and swags and we welcome custom group bookings.
We have two amenities blocks (six toilets and six hot showers).
Firewood and ice available for purchase.
Hidden Valley is a dog friendly camping ground. However, it is the responsibility of the owner/s to keep their dog/s controlled at all times and on leashes, for all campers to enjoy their stay. There is no Local Council rubbish removal services available, so please take all your rubbish with you on departure. Facilities for recycling of cans and scraps is available.
Please note that the Brisbane to Sydney goods train is nearby. Times vary according to supplies to port and the train may be heard from the campsite.

Our farm features lush, green rolling hills with a river, creek and dam traversing the property. There are undulating hills with pockets of forest.
The campsites are nestled in the groves of trees next to the creek. There's some great swimming spots, or you can go for a bushwalk and do a spot of fossicking on the water's edge.
Some parts of our property are 4WD access only, but we also have good camping spots that can accommodate 2WDs.

Queen Mary Falls and other scenic attractions are also nearby. This region is the most stunning region in SEQ. It's not called the scenic rim for nothing!!
The duggie in Dugandan even has a menu for your pooch! We don't go anywhere without our fur babies, and welcome on leash animals at any of the campsites.

Loved The Creek Camp - it was conveniently located and easy to access through the gate.
Ronald was great to communicate with and gave clear directions on where we could stay.

This is a lovely property and we ended up having a great stay, but first-time visitors should be aware that arrival instructions and communication are quite limited.
Before booking, it wasn’t clear whether this was a single site Hipcamp or a shared property. When we arrived, there were already other campers set up, which came as a surprise.
The Hipcamp instructions suggested messaging the host to meet at the gate and be shown to the campsite, but this wasn’t an option during our stay, we were told to just drive in. With no designated sites, it wasn’t obvious where we were meant to camp or which areas were suitable. We eventually found a spot by following an existing fire pit.
Although there were multiple campers, the sites are well spread out, so it still felt quite private and not cramped. Once settled, the property itself is beautiful and we had a great time.
We also pre-ordered firewood, but there were no instructions on where or how to collect it. There was a small bundle at the front gate, but no guidance on how much to take.
Overall, it’s a great spot and we would stay again now that we know the layout. However, a bit more upfront communication would really help first-time visitors feel less lost on arrival.

I try to be a regular visitor, it’s a beautiful place, creekside grassy campsites surrounded by steep rainforest in a most beautiful part of the country. Basic amenities are ok, there’s drinking water and a power box if you need to charge something. Very relaxing.

I fell in love with Hidden Valley the moment I pulled my van onto the lush grassy field located a stones throw from the creek. The trees provided shade but still allowed the sun to beam through creating a dream like spot. As there was no light pollution, we star gazed, spotted shooting stars and satellites. The creek was a lovely temperature and waded in several times throughout the day. Would highly recommend and go back again! As Molly Meldrum would say… ‘Di yourself a favour!’
