Site 2 Our newer spot work in progress not so ideal for camper trailers. your situated under our tree line away from the main creek. A smaller paver firepit, plenty fine for sitting around an open fire while watching the stars at night. Swimming in the creek is not recommended. This was definitely a favourite of ours the ease of getting there the proximity to cairns only being 20 mins the un powered sites were pick your own spot it was peaceful and tranquil the horses and chickens roaming freely made it feel like a farm stay and a big shout out to ROXY the kelpie you are a god send so beautiful always coming to say hello and have some play time loved every minute of this stay wish I had more time to stay here we will definitely be back

What an amazing little hidden gem, the three campsites are so private, all on the creek and surrounded by nature. Right in the heart of the beautiful rainforest of far North Qld tablelands. So many birds, the weather is so much cooler than the coast and the hosts Alan and Sue are super friendly and make you feel at home on their gorgeous property. Great site - especially for children! Our preschool aged children enjoyed feeding the chickens and spotting for wildlife at night (though they were too loud to see much!) I was incredibly impressed that there were no mosquitos!!! Shame we only had one night - but it was worth it and the area surrounding is beautiful - stunning waterfalls, and they’re quiet with no other visitors first thing in the morning!

Oh boy, this place has such special nurturing energy. I loved every moment spent here and was sorry to have to leave! Al is an excellent host and the space is truly so beautiful and soothing. One of my all time favourite places to camp for how well I rested! The creek is beautiful, a perfect walk for a morning cuppa or lunchtime escape from the sun. The grounds themselves are so well maintained and are stunning and spacious. The nature envelopes you here in a way that truly makes you feel held. I really cannot recommend this hipcamp enough hey. Definitely book this place if you are thinking of doing so, u will be SO happy you did!

It was wonderful! 10/10! I loved waking up to see the baby fole on the horse patch and the swing into the creek was fun too!!
