Dogs on a lead are welcome - we have lots of Kangaroos and Wallabies and we want to protect them. There’s even a small lagoon now awaiting. Check out the short hiking trails on our property (there are hike options suitable to your preferred difficulty). Bring your machete for an even greater hiking experience! You can relax by or in the spring fed dam, explore seasonal Kobble Creek, feed the chickens or goats, spot the abundant bird life, or sit patiently and a deer or fox may appear at dusk. Enjoy the evenings sitting around the campfire as you gaze at the stars. All sites have sufficient spacing from other sites to ensure acceptable privacy. Weekend Trip to Belmont Base Camp

Craig was very kind and helpful with getting me into the musings of Brisbane by Ferry. Water is there. Power for those who need it. It is a safe place and the highway can be heard at night, but not felt. So, when I need a place within Brisbane again, I believe this is an affordable Option for some days.

If you like big open spaces with amazing views and your own personal space, this is the location. We have made this one of our regular locations to visit when we want to relax and chill. We absolutely love having the horses join our camp on a regular basis, really makes for some memorable moments.

A very well maintained property with an abundance of places to set up as close to or as faraway from other campers as you wanted The property is a working horse and cattle farm so was very nice to have livestock walking around and being able to interact with them if you wanted.

Absolutely spectacular views of the glass house mountains and Moreton bay. Lovely green pastures and horses and cows come and meet you each afternoon. Not close to others so nice and private. Ground is undulating to steep (as you’d expect on a ridge) so bring plenty of levelling blocks. We’ll definitely be back!

3 nights at Rangetop Farm

The view was absolutely stunning. The horses were very friendly coming over for a pat. Make sure you read the recommendations on the hipcamp site on how to get there as we followed the GPS and ended up on a very steep hill climb with nowhere to turn around. Thanks to a quick chat with Viola and very good directions we made it and had a very enjoyable weekend.

I loved how our group of 7 vehicles 4 of had Caravans were able to park on a ridgeline at least a couple of hundred metres from anyone. Friendly horses and cows and a dam you could swim in. Definately going back

Fantastic place to camp. Wide open spaces and no one is on-top of each other. Sensational views of the property and don’t be surprised if you get a visit from the horses and cows. There is a beautiful dam to swim in which was great also. Highly recommend and will be back.

Great place to stay , nice and quiet, plenty of space for my dog to run around , and Craig was very friendly , as was his dog who was friendly and enjoyed playing with my dog . I would definitely stay there again

Such a beautiful location with fantastic views! The horses just added that extra farm stay touch and made you feel like such a part of nature. We were unlucky enough to get caught in some big storms but the property was so well maintained it didnt affect us at all and no issues getting the caravan in and out. It was very windy though so don't make the same mistake we did by putting the awning out if the weather isn't 100%! Overall very private and relaxing location and only 10 minutes out from Dayborough. Will definitely be back.
