There is a good bushwalk at the property that takes you out to Striker point and into the gorge waterfall with spectacular views along the way. If you have a 4wd you can take a short drive up to Spicers Gap National Park. Here there is a short walk out to the Governors Chair lookout with spectacular views of the Fassifern Valley and beyond. We currently don't have a boat ramp however once you have launched your boat at the public boat ramp we have a nice bay in front of the campground where you can anchor your boat.

Then come and land right next to your friends and family at the Oz Sky Ranch. We pride ourselves on keeping the property lovely and clean. We are also opening our home and farm to you. So please respect it and enjoy it as we do. We have 5 designated campsites positioned around the property. Within the designated sites, there are camp spots that we rotate. Please check with us to see what ones are open. We need to rotate the sites and rest them. This is how we keep them well-maintained and looking amazing. If it is wet weather we will close down sites and recommend other spots. We pride our self’s on having a lovely property and want you to have an amazing camping experience. If it is bad weather, we will recommend another site or you can change dates. Campfires are allowed at designated camp spots when fire bans aren't in place. Firewood is available to purchase . We have a no dog policy No smoking is allowed on the property, vaping is fine at your own campsite. No glass Policy, bring cans plastic glasses to drink out off. We do have a lot of rule, they are in place to give you a Beautiful environment to Camp in and To look after our Animals and farm. If you are up early in the morning you may be lucky enough to see the best in QLD barefoot water skiers training on the lake and also tandem hang gliders getting towed up from the airstrip. Rainforest Gateway is located approximately 8klms along Grady's Creek Road, just 20 klms north of Kyogle and 15 klms from the Queensland border on the popular scenic tourist route, Lions Road. Kyogle is a bustling town with an IGA supermarket, MTB riding tracks, lovely gift shops, cinema, bowling alley, and a selection of dining outlets. For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, the Border Ranges National Park is a short drive away. Please note Lions Road is temporarily closed for road repairs and expected to be reopened late January 2026. No Wi- Fi There’s a small firepit and chairs in the yard to enjoy the sun setting over the mountains and stars at night. The cabin is a few minutes drive to the creek where you can go swimming. There are a couple of small private swimming holes and walking tracks along the creek where you can stop and sit for some quiet contemplation, where you'll feel natures healing forces at work. Do some forest bathing, meditation, or sit quietly by the creek where you may even spot some local platypus or other native wildlife. We now offer a flush toilet and a Soul- nourishing private indoor shower with a large window overlooking the lush forest and volcanic rim adding nature's calm to your experience. This much-loved family-owned farm has a rich history, transitioning from a dairy farm to a beef property. Today, it flourishes with a bio-diverse planting of native trees and a bespoke joinery workshop crafting designer furniture. While Figtree Farm has been a camping destination for family and friends for many years and now we're happy to extend this welcome to Hipcampers too. As a starting point for this new venture at Findon Creek we offer 3 sites which are all suitable for larger groups; all situated on grassy open spaces beside the creek. In wet conditions you will need a 4WD to access these sites, though the flats themselves are not boggy. Explore the great outdoors by wandering along our extensive bush tracks and trying your hand at fishing in our farm dam stocked with silver perch. Figtree Farm has an abundance of bird and animal life. Here, tranquillity reigns, save for the occasional serenade of our friendly neighbourhood donkeys and the odd rooster. If you wish to wander further afield, Kyogle is a 30 minute drive away. And there is an all weather tennis court (with lights) nearby at Bundgeam Hall. The boys have created an inclusive space accommodating both community and privacy. The powered sites are seperate from the main camp with only 2 sites available on the edge of a small gully with a beautiful leafy outlook over a dam. Closer to the river is the main camp paddock with porta-loos and a bush shower. Everything was well maintained and clean. My stay was peaceful and quiet, I was able to rest, go for long dog walks, swim and participate in a workshop. They offer activities like a glow worm night walk and occasional workshops like basket making and life drawing. Its a safe space with many lifestyles coming together free from judgement. Women travelling alone, its safe. This property is evolving and growing with conscious environmental rehabilitation. Thanks for opening and sharing your place 🙏🏼

Penthouse with an outhouse was a beautiful spot with an absolutely stunning view. My partner loves cows so to see them up close as soon as we got to our site she was in love instantly. Great spot for a couples getaway weekend and camp spots are far apart so it feels like you have the place to yourself. Cameron was a great host had the pleasure of meeting him upon entering the site and was very informative and courteous. Had a look at the different sites and they are more then accommodating for large groups aswell. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back again. Thanks again Cameron for allowing us to stay at your amazing property.

Site 5 , beautiful view and easy tracks, definitely need a 4wd to get through some roads if you wanna be confident about all the tracks. The stable as you enter has everything you need, gym, kids club, and pool table for your group to have fun with a speaker too. Definitely will comeback in the winter.
