We offer you the choice of a standard enclosed private shower or the fun of open air showers. We also have ice for sale. We are happy for you to come and camp on your own or book the entire place if you have an event, large groups are welcome. There is a designated area that can be hired for parties and private functions with marquees available if required. Pets are welcome and must be under control and on a leash as there are farm animals kept on this property. Camp fires are permitted in communal fire areas or at your camp in provided fire drums. There is a limited number of fire drums available, so you are welcome to bring your own. The only exception will be if a local fire ban is activated. We have firewood available for sale, or you can collect free firewood off the ground. You are also welcome to bring your own firewood. No chainsaws allowed. Absolutely loved our stay at WoopWoop! This was the first camping trip for the two of us without any “camping expert friends,” and WoopWoop turned out to be the perfect choice. I chose this campsite for its location and amenities, and I have zero regrets — we’re already looking forward to coming back, and I highly recommend it to others. The site and facilities were exceptionally clean and very well maintained by Peter & Doris, who welcomed us with genuine warmth. We added firewood to our booking and Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality of it. Plus, the little bit of 4WD driving required to enter the site added an extra layer of fun to the experience! If this was in middle of year, I would already made another booking :) 10/10!!

Beautiful little cabin tucked away amongst the trees, fully set up so you don’t need to leave. Kathryn and Phillip were so accomodating and really made the stay as easy and pleasant as possible. They made fresh bread for arrival and brought up water, ice and firewood when we ran low free of charge! They have built a beautiful fairy garden and look out point at the back which was lovely for a walk through. They really have put in a big effort with it! Outdoor bath was super lovely too by the fire. Highly recommend the property for all the amenities and what it offers and for how lovely Kathryn and Phillip are!

Weekend Trip to Bares Hideaway

Once again, nothing short of a beautiful weekend out at Bares's Hideaway. The rain can't dampen the mood! Toilets are still one of the cleanest ones I've seen. One of the showers ran out of gas, but we sent them a message and they were down and changing the bottle out within the hour. Friendly owners, and continual upgrades (concrete drive for easier access for cars and vans), and if you like to be bare foot, am yet to find a prickle. 🙌

The atmosphere there is always great! And regardless if it full or not, you still feel remote and on your own, which I love! Cameron's a great host too! Guy is a very friendly and a approachable person, which is happy to help out in any way possible. the campgrounds are clean tidy and spacious. There is a large array of animals, that are very friendly for kids and adults.

Weekend Trip to Tremayne - The Old Avocado Farm

We enjoyed a fabulous weekend by the lake. Didn't see the local platypus family but the abundance of birdlife and endless tranquility made this campsite worth the effort to get there. An unexpected 6am storm on the last day put the camper trailer through its paces but it survived well. Laying in bed watching and listening to the storm rollover the lake was awesome. We loved it and the hosts were wonderful. Thanks Neil and Joss!!

2 nights at Bares Hideaway

I camped near the creek by the windmill and was a perfect spot for my solar panels to get the sun all day. Lots of flat areas for my little teardrop camper. Hot showers and flushing toilets were a bonus and Tracy makes sure they are beautifully clean and tidy. they come to your site with firewood for reasonable prices and are so friendly. This place is a winner and I'll definietly be back. So close to Laidley and Rosewood but feels secluded and quiet.
