Hi campers, Nestled among the hills on Old Man Gunyah Creek, this 1400 acre property is owned &and run by John & Jen. It's a sheep farm running 1600 sheep producing fine wool and fat lambs.
Plenty of room to move, walk the hills, catch a fish, or just sit by the camp fire & watch the stars.
Bring your motor home, caravan, camper, tent or swag, the choice is yours. The shearing shed has a fully equipped kitchen & plenty of fresh rain water. You are welcome to roll out your swag in the shearing shed if you prefer.
Controlled dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times. There is no mobile service or Wi-Fi. We are 50 kms from a corner store/service station, so don't leave yourselves short. There are toilets scattered around the property, but no shower available.

REVELSTONE MOUNTAIN CAMPS offers camping with fantastic views. Plenty of space to go for a scenic hike, lots of wildlife including kangaroos, rabbits and foxes. There are 14 designated camping areas to set up your camp, or why not try the revelstone TEPEE TENT adventure, or maybe the TWIN HAMMOCK camp. please do not cut down or use any standing trees even if they look dead as they are a mountain feature.

This campsites are suited for campers who are self-contained, with own camping or toilet/shower amenities and water supply. I had a great time camping at Revelstone Mountain. Graeme was an amazing host and a great guy. Views were amazing. Site was so peaceful and my kids had a great time. Highly reccomend if you enjoy a farm camp out of town.

We spent the Christmas/New Year period camping at Redlands and had a wonderful time. Our spot at Site 5 on Sooley Flat was perfect — spacious, peaceful, and overlooking the creek, which made the whole stay feel extra relaxing.
Jen and John are fantastic hosts. They checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed, but then gave us plenty of space to enjoy our stay. It’s the ideal balance of friendliness and privacy.
A beautiful location, great facilities, and genuinely lovely hosts made this a memorable getaway. We’d happily return.

Despite our nerves that our Subaru forester with a heavy box trailer wouldn’t get up the mountain, we booked Campers Den in the hope that all would be fine, and thanks to some dry tracks we cruised up the mountain with ease.
We were in awe the moment we got to the top, the views at Revelstone mountain were perfection, the solitude and serenity we felt calmed our city souls to the core,
This spot is special, it’s private, thoughtfully designed for all kinds of camp set ups. We got to explore a few of the sites around the property and each had its own unique charm.
Campers Den, the edge of a mountain, overlooking the sunsets each night was incredible. We had what we are guessing was an eagle or two flying overhead each day.
There is a beautiful tree for some shade. Though not protected from wind like others have mentioned, our set up withstood some strong gusty nights, just make sure you peg everything down and we took our gazebo roof off too.
Our 7 and 4 year olds enjoyed running around, making noise without being told to be quiet, and the isolation meant we were all comfortable to fully unwind without feeling like we had to be respectfully quiet so as not to disturb others.
The dam was so close that we got to enjoy some swimming and splashing in the Christmas holiday crowds, but returning to camp was always the highlight.
Thanks to Graeme, a very kind and hospitable host, for an amazing experience, we will be back!

We loved the views! Walking the dogs amongst the rocks, looking out over the hills and valleys. Sitting outside the van in the evening as the sun set. A great spot, well worth visiting. We will go to Revelstone Mountain again

I can't recommend this site enough! we stayed at site 11 and it was perfect. Absolutely no one in sight and a huge area to set everything up. There were also bins and a porta-loo nearby which was great. Being near the creek was perfect for the dogs who liked a quick dip now and again to cool off. There were also some great little walks to explore and we saw all sorts of wildlife including kangaroos which made our trip! Another plus was the amazing skies on an evening..sooo many stars to sit and look at! And the best bit, absolute silence the whole time. We'll definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this campsite.
It’s a quiet and beautiful spot right next to the creek, perfect for relaxing.
The flush toilets were a big plus, and everything was well looked after.
The hosts, John & Jen, were lovely and very welcoming.
Highly recommended for a peaceful camping experience.

I love this place, been there a few times. A unique property with a mountain. There are many mountain camps and several further down the mountain. Some great tracks to explore. I did it in 4x4 but would be a really nice walk too. Flying fox will be operating by now.

We loved it here. If you are not into Caravan Parks like us , and want to feel like you have a location to yourself, this is the place for you.
Hospitable hosts who take the time to have a chat, porta loos on site as well. Just peace and quiet with lovely scenery to match. We’ll be returning. Thanks for having us at your property 👌🏼

We spent the weekend at Wilson’s Flat campsite and it was perfect! Directions to the property were very easy to follow.
We definitely came at the right time, plenty of water in the creek to dip your toes in or make a splash in the deep parts, green grass for as far as you could see. Campsite nestled along the creek surrounded by rolling hills, the views were absolutely stunning.
What stood out was how well maintained everything was. The toilet was well looked after and stocked with everything you needed, bins were provided, great campfire, a map to the property if you wanted to explore or hike.
Generous spacing between campsites you were in your own little oasis!
From the very beginning everything was easy, well thought out and cannot fault anything. Thankyou Jen and John for a wonderful stay, we will be back again!!

We loved our stay at Redlands. Jen and John are super friendly and helpful. We had a great location on the property and we were able to explore all the paddocks. It was generally quiet and peaceful.
Our kids enjoyed riding around and the sheep shearing demonstration.
I would highly recommend staying at Redlands. There are many different sites to suit everyone, remote or closer to the homestead depending what you like.

Our site was at philaris pdk site 4 but we did our camping near our shearing shed. It’s quite far from Sydney around 280 km but it was worth it. Peaceful place. Clean toilets, water available. If you are going from Sydney book for 2 days. John and Jennifer are good.
