Wollombi is about 20min drive to the South and is one of the first areas settled in after Sydney. Welcome to our Cabin, Van and Camping park! Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or a permanent change of lifestyle, this could be the place for you! Located on a working property in the Hunter Valley, amidst beautiful vineyards and picturesque scenery, 15 minutes from Pokolbin, 30 minutes from Singleton or Cessnock, 20 minutes from historical Wollombi. We have vans and cabins on site for permanent accommodation. All prices include water, Wi-Fi and electricity. We also have powered and non-powered short term sites. Water is not potable. There are numerous cellar doors and restaurants within 1 - 12 kilometers where you can dine and taste the finest food and wine in the district. Pokolbin is 15mins to the east where you can visit Harrigans Irish Pub, numerous cellar doors and restaurants. Singleton is about 30mins to the north and has a large shopping centre and many other attractions. Cessnock is about 30 mins to the East, has a population of over 20,000 people and excellent facilities including a private airport. Newcastle is about 1.5 hrs drive away and has a commercial airport and many other facilities of a large sea side city. Wollombi is about 20min drive to the South and is one of the first areas settled in after Sydney. It has many items of historical significance including jail, museum, post office and Wollombi Tavern, the home of Dr Jurds Jungle Juice. Sydney is about 2.5 - 3 hours south. Check in and checkout times are flexible.

Mountain wilderness with rain forests and small creeks and springs from 350m to 800m, the property is off the Mt Royal arm from south west side of the Barrington Tops. We have Km’s of walking, 4x4, cycle, motorcycle, side by side quad trails and if you like make your own. We have a main cabin with separate accommodation with off grid power with all the ammenities, also a Glamping style Pine Cabin with basic off grid and basic camping amenities. The property has numinous camping areas or if you like set up camp where you like. Dog friendly so long as the dog is to. There are minor logging activity during mid week in quarantine areas of the property, happy to guide and explain how that works. We are 45min from Singleton in the Hunter Valley, a scenic drive on tared road to the main gate, then you need a 4x4 from then on and 5 km to the property.

Our stay in the malee cabin was perfect! Matt and Jenna are super friendly and helpful. The land was beautiful and we loved that we could explore some bush tracks on the property. Words can’t describe this place, the land is so beautiful, well maintained, with lots to explore! The facilities are incredible, they have absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, the dishwasher was such a great addition, we couldn’t believe 😆 Great destination for experienced and new campers. The little details like a note and a card left for us, made it feel so special. Please keep doing what you doing guys, and a big thank you from our group camp! We can’t wait to be back! 🏕️

Weekend Trip to Domaine De Binet

This was our second stay with the Binet family group, this time we stayed at camp site number one which was situated right next to the open air chapel and we also had our own picnic bench, fire pit, power and water connection. We were in close proximity to the amenities block which is immaculately presented and features separate toilets and one of the best rainfall shower heads you will ever experience! It was a dog friendly site and our fur babies absolutely loved it. Plenty of freshly manicured gardens and fields to explore and it was right next to the vines. There is a superb, newly opened cafe called Flock & Fork on the adjacent Tatler Wines property (about 2min walk from camp), Currently open Thursday to Sunday for breakfast and lunch - it’s very dog friendly and the food is absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS! Our stay was perfectly topped off with a wine tasting experience with the friendly and very knowledgeable staff at the Binet Cellar Door (on site about 1min walk from camp, also dog friendly). They have a generous range of high quality wines to sample and enjoy, the courtyard is picturesque and the wines will not disappoint! Huge thanks to owners Nat and Dan, their lovely family and fur babies for being so warm and welcoming! We cannot fault their hospitality or this location. FIVE STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
