Our beautiful riverside farm is a 94 acre, private waterfront property. All camps are large waterfront sites and well spaced apart, with firepits and acres of open lawn space for the kids! Vehicle access is easy and no need to un-hitch if you're doing a short stopover. There is excellent fishing, bird-watching and natural ecology. We’re located opposite Rawdon Creek Nature Reserve with pristine waterways to explore. Free use of large 3 man canoe and high tide ramp available for small boats. Plenty of pure fresh rainwater to fill your van. Our pristine campsite location means we cannot provide toilets. WE ONLY ALLOW CARAVANS, MOTORHOMES or CAMPER TRAILERS with a working toilet. Come and enjoy our private camping spots on the beautiful Nymboida River, New South Wales. Check in is before 5pm no check-ins after 5pm Campers have direct access to the river which is great for swimming and paddling. Please note that this is a free flowing river and there are rapids and waterfalls in parts, so care must be taken in parts. The campsites do require a 4WD to be accessed and are not suitable for larger caravans. Small of road vans and camper trailers are fine. Pets are welcome but we are a working cattle property, so if your dog is going to chase cattle it's probably not a great fit. There is a lot to do in the area, including bushwalking, chasing waterfalls, local markets, restaurants, wineries and galleries. 20 minutes from Dorrigo and 50 minutes from Bellingen. Set alongside the beautiful Macleay River on the outskirts of Gladstone village, this property is within walking distance of a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, general store, service station (Foodworks), pubs, cafes, and many quaint shops. Guests need to be fully self-sufficient, with their own toilet, shower, and water. The site is an open, flat paddock with sealed road access. Check-in is required before dark unless other arrangements have been made.

Yarrawin is 680 acre cattle farm and hardwood timber plantation in the heart of the Nambucca Valley, offering scenic, secluded, private campsites with their own swimming hole and a river gravel beach on 3km of beautiful double river frontage. Camping options include riverside camps, the Shack and riverside camp and a large secluded valley. Each campsite is separate from the others, giving guests privacy and exclusive use of the swimming hole (except Chinamans Valley) at their site. All riverside sites offer a natural gravel beach entry into the water. There are no amenities here, campers will need to be self contained and leave no trace. Every site has a fire pit which must be used for campfires. If you want to use your own it must be off the ground. Only sand mats or similar, NO TARPS, to be set up on the grassed areas to preserve the grass. Firewood $20/night (CASH ONLY PLEASE). Please let us know in advance if you want firewood. Beautiful drinking rain water is available in a 20lt Jerry can if required on arrival. Bird lovers can enjoy watching the various bird varieties, as well as ducks. Animals include wallabies, goannas, deer and fish as well as cattle and stock horses. Fishing is okay but it is STRICTLY catch and release ONLY. There are many places to go bushwalking, either following the river or heading up the valleys or hiking up the hills through the trees. The property is just 10kms from the convenience of Bowraville, a historic township with a supermarket, folk museum, a war museum, a historic theatre, and other historic buildings. Nambucca Heads and the beautiful surrounding beaches are just 27kms east and Coffs Harbour 80kms away. Please note this is a working farm, so there will be cattle and stock horses on the property that may approach your campsite.

Best camping right on the river banks, lovely grassy sites spent the week fishing and relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble for Scott and even brought down a pot to throw in the river. Loved we had full use of rhw camp kitchen to ourselves. Will definately be back.

Highly recommend this Hipcamp The entrance into the property was very inviting with a long road lined with trees and followed the river leading to the Farm house with a huge turning circle for caravans. The host Troy & Angella were friendly, informative and our site number 1 was right on the river. We had no trees in front of our site just some small plants. So we had full view of the river. There are steps leading down to the river which is sandy and good for swimming (which our dog Bonnie loved). You can have a small fire but we didn’t feel the need at this time of year. The grounds are very well maintained and nice green grass. We would highly recommend this Hipcamp and shall be returning again.

Our stay at Ian's Hipcamp was everything we dreamed of and more. The camping spot is perfectly situated right on a beautiful, winding creek, offering the ultimate private escape. We were able to set up our camper right on the sandy bank, giving us direct access to the water for swimming and relaxing. The location is incredibly picturesque, featuring a stunning contrast between the lush, dense greenery lining the river on one side and an open, sunny field on the other. It feels wonderfully wild yet totally accessible. A huge shout-out to our incredible hosts, Ian and Bobbie! They were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They even surprised us with a batch of homemade brownies—such a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our stay. If you're looking for a truly peaceful, secluded experience to disconnect and enjoy nature, this is the place. Ian and Bobbie have created a hidden paradise—we can't wait to come back!

Beautifully maintained camping area we had a huge grassy and flat spot by the river with a fire pit. Appreciated the çlean composting toilet. The swimming hole was deep and had a flat granite rock in the middle of the river that the kids spent hours jumping off. Stuart was an easy going host who offered us early arrival and late pack up. We had a wonderful weekend!

Scott and Marg are lovely hosts. Site 4 was fabulous for fishing. Managed to land several bream and a flathead. Did get a chance to throw a crab pot in but looks like it would be good at the end of the site. Well kept site with a great outlook on the creek.
