"Innisfree" is a rural property dedicated to permaculture principles and introspective meditation/nature time. We are in the Kurrajong region, located 75 km from Sydney, to the west of the Hawkesbury River on the lower slopes of the Blue Mountains. The region offers lots of great places to go bushwalking, mountain bike riding, canyoning and abseiling in the Blue Mountain and Wollemi National Parks or canoeing on the Hawkesbury or Grose River. Our camping offering is currently only available to those attending our courses. It is not available to the general public at this time. We invite course attendees to camp, check out the farm and connect with nature during your stay. The campsite has a flush toilet and hot shower. We allow campfires but they must only be lit in the designated areas.

This spot suits groups who want to get away. We offer our property to people who want to get out of the congestion of Sydney and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Guests can enjoy large mowed areas for recreation, they have use of a large undercover hall, there is a great campfire area with some firewood provided ( extra can be collected). Guests have use of the 3 buildings in this area which are Hall area, BBQ kitchen and bathrooms. There is a designated area for pitching tents or camp trailers. Guests have direct access for swimming to Webbs Creek this area is a shared area. Camp Bunya is a private campsite for group bookings. We offer our site to guests who want privacy and seclusion, enjoy the great outdoors and choose to make a little extra noise without upsetting the neighbours. Water access for swimming is available at your own beach. Toilets and shower amenities are provided. There is no power or cooking facilities, however a BBQ can be provided for hire. The campsite features mowed areas for camping with a large undercover area with a fireplace.

Really great place to stay, I would absolutely choose to stay here over the Caravan park. There’s plenty of space for everyone, so you don’t feel crammed in. Amenities were clean and comfortable. It is close to everything and a short walk to a number of look outs to watch the sunset. We would love to stay here again.

Easy site selection options. Friendly manager on site. No water or power to sites so plan accordingly. Great views across the river. Stunning location. Small shop on site. Try to avoid camping next to school groups as they are guaranteed to be noisy as I found out. Would happily book here again.

You can section off the corner and not know the hosts are there at all!

Melon Oak is a peaceful campsite with the loveliest host. Only an hour from Sydney airport and you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere with barely a soul insight. Close by, Picton is a charming little town with cute cafe’s and an ice creamery. As always, pack the mozzie repellent!

Overall, I would come back again. But if you want the really blissful in nature and disconnected from civilisation, it's not the best option.
