We offer a flat block, with options for shade by the large pepper and gum trees. There are sweeping mountain views, no street lights, and plentiful birdlife to enjoy. We provide on-site power and bore water (which is drinkable) and also unpowered sites however we DO NOT have toilet or shower facilities so all campers must be self-sufficient in this regard. Dogs are welcome but must be under control or on a leash at all times. Horses welcome also. Children under 12 stay free - please just ensure they're added to the booking so we can keep on top of the numbers. (you will not be charged).

Our beautiful property is located near Inverell, featuring 1,850 acres of gently sloping farmland edged by mountains with beautiful eucalyptus bush. There is a big dam and yabbies in the creek. We have a range of fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to fruit when in season. Farm Rules - clean up after yourself - The hut and the yard up on the hill are out of bound. - Fishing is welcome however we run a catch and release. - Shut the gates when passing through. - Dogs are welcome but must be under control/on lead as we do run cattle on the property. - No hunting. - Fires are welcome but must be contained and kept under control. Activity's - Being a kayak or something to float around on. - Bring your metal detectors - Horses are welcome with the addition cost. Enjoy scenic horse rides around the valley. - Fishing (catch and release) - Yabbies (welcome to eat what you catch). - Panning in the creek for gems. - hike Sites - we run a undesignated system meaning you can set up and camp anywhere you would like however some ideas below. Anywhere around the dam You have an option to camp at the shed where there is a generator for power (lighting) and toilet amenities. This area is generally flat and can accommodate any type of camping vehicle. There is a shed to provide shelter for your food prep etc. There is a sink under the awning but you will need to carry water in a container to wash dishes. Outside there is wood-burning BBQ the camping paddock is fully fenced in . For 4WD enthusiasts, there are good camping spots at the top of the mountain ridge however need to be self contained eg toilet. You will need to bring your own fresh drinking water supply and unleaded fuel to run the water pump and generator. We have secure cattle yards as a holding space if holidaying with your horses (please see Extras for horse facility fees). Enjoy scenic horse rides around the valley and relax in front of the campfire by night. Dogs on leashes are welcome. There is no phone reception on site There is a pub in Bundarra where meals hospitality and spending time with the locals and a corner store 25km away at Bundarra, and all shops and amenities are available 75km at Inverell.

A fully operational property running a mix of enterprises including livestock and manufacturing. There is approximately 3km of Manilla river running through the property. Sites are private and easily accessible. Pets welcome but must be supervised at all times. Animals found disturbing livestock will lead to guests being asked to leave immediately. This is a working farm and this should be respected. Sites are able to cater for larger groups of people with plenty of room. Plenty of room for kids to run around and play. Plenty of areas to walk and enjoy the river and the wildlife. It would be appreciated if vehicles are not driven around the property and are contained to the main entrance roads.

Weekend Trip to 3A Camping experience.

We stayed here for one night on our way down to southern NSW and really enjoyed it. The views were spectacular and made it feel like more than just a quick stop. Rohan was a friendly, helpful host and made everything easy. We had no trouble finding level ground for our caravans, and the power hookup was conveniently located. The toilet was a flushing one and honestly exceeded our expectations. The river was a bit low for swimming, but it was still nice to sit in and cool off. We wished we could have stayed longer just to relax and enjoy the surrounds.

Stayed one night here, it was amazing. The hosts were real friendly, we went on a walk with them feeding all the animals and took some great pictures holding the three day old kids. They let the children play on the playground.

Lovely place to stay, stunning views and lovely and peaceful. 10 mins out from Tamworth but restaurant and bar at the end of road. Field is well maintained, facilities are clean and lots of hot water in the shower. Owners are friendly. Overall it was perfect for us for a overnight stop. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely night stay at this property during our journey from Brisbane to Dubbo. This property is in a very convenient spot, not far from Tamworth. We enjoyed saying hello to the horses (and so did our kelpie). Jeff was very welcoming and we had no worries with our pup on this property. Thank you for having us!

What a brilliant place to stay just outside Tamworth. We were lucky enough to arrive just as Debbie and her grandson were about to feed the animals. We had lots of goats running around and geese with some babies in tow. A beautiful sunset over the hills and a lovely, flat paddock to set the tents up. Flushing toilets and a hot shower were a bonus as was the firepit would definitely recommend to others.

Location was good not too far out of Tamworth, land was flat and had easy access. Shared toilets were clean, but shower not very private. Centrally located campfire for all guests to share, timber provided which was great. More like caravan park feel due to lots of guests /sites close together. Good experience overall, the only issue was sprinklers were placed to close to our tent so our stuff and tent got watered.

Such a beautiful place, peaceful, kids were happy and to adventure around. Hosts were so wonderful, Kind and helpful had a good yarn with them during our stay, they let our kids be involved in animal feeding times and let them brush the ponies. Even allowed the kids to use the swingset when the gooses won’t around with their baby’s. My kids got friendly with other kids that were there and explored together. Definitely will be staying here again. Having a shower and toilet access facility was handy for our stay too. There was some magic golden hour sunsets/sunrises too! Thank-you guys again!
